- Alan is gonna show you how to install a double prehung closet door. If you watched my other door video you will follow the steps to set the first hodge side first. Always make sure you set the high side first!!!

on your single door video the hinge side you raised up some(i belive half or 3/4) so it was higher then the other side before you nailed it so the door would close. how did you know how to raise or what level height to start at on your first nailer? by the way hanging doors withouth the door on is perfect. thx
So where did you get a double prehung door. I checked the big boxes and they only have the single prehung doors. I take it this is a special order? Looking to replace bifold doors on a linen closet and would like to do something like this.

You make it look easy. BUT level is a totally different than plumb. Vertical is plumb not level.
Never shime behind the hinges,it will be hard for any adjustment..
