Harumi is still one of the best examples of a twist villain I’ve ever seen in modern media. Also one of the best in this franchise, period. This scene alone highlights how much she thought things through, it’s crazy. She may not have had special powers, but she’s the only villain who actually beat the Ninja other than either version of Lord Garmadon, Pythor, or the Overlord. And she did it all out of revenge.
