I'm gonna admit Cole barely had anything to his Character in season 1 that made him unique. Everybody else had more fleshed out traits even then, but Cole was kinda just a little bit tough and with a little bit of parental issues. But in these later seasons Cole is undoubtedly my favorite of the ninja. This show really got MUCH better with age tbh.
It really did get better! I wasn’t expecting to get so emotional over nya tbh.. She went from “the girl one” to a full on character whose a good role model for little girls :)) A role model I wish I had myself
Cole's always had a reputation as a kind and protective person. He helped find Zane and motivate everyone to break out of the noodle factory in Season 4, and in the Oni Trilogy, he acts as a father figure to Wu. In season 13, he consoles Vania (who was betrayed by her father) and leads the Upply to escape the caves and defeat the Skull Sourcerer.

Season 8 rightfully gets a lot of praise, but not enough people appreciate how much character development and focus is gave Cole, because what it did with him was truly awesome!
Wu's growth is perhaps one of my favorite parts of the series. I always get chills in the scene where young Wu bows to the ninjas and thanks them for their teachings, he makes us understand that now the masters are them

One parent is in disguise with their kid and the other parent is helping them from their condition bein captived. cole's dad energy also brought out his mom energy, just like Jay's tired mom energy brought out his dad energy. Same here. Cole should have been a father and Little Cole Jr was not Wu. Wu should have been a separate character and we'd hardly seen anything that changes Cole except in Master of the Mountain that brought him back to his mother.

Well in a way if you think about it, we all kind of already are. For those of us who've been with the show since the beginning in 2011 we've basically grown up alongside the ninja seeing their character developments over the years, etc. I'll admit, since the beginning I've always viewed the ninjas as my brothers. It's been fun growing up with them, watching what challenges we've faced over the years together

This is fr one of my favourite seasons. Part of it takes place in such a cool world and there are just SO many funny and golden moments. And Cole parenting Wu is one of the best things to happen here I swear.

Stopped watching this series after the geini arc, saw there were more seasons years later, I come back and find this video and find out this baby is sensei Wu........... K is this story line still going on?....... WHAT THE HECK DID I MISS!?
Season 6 and 7 kind of felt lackluster compared to its predecessors (in the long run they were both good seasons and you just needed to watch them at your pace), then came the marvellous season 8 and 9, then 10 was pretty good, and then eventually the new era, with also has its own taste. I also personally lost track of the series back in season 6 but somehow ended up gaining opportunities to watch the other seasons and some are quite good
I recommend watching season 8 ,9 ,10 13 (s13 is my favourite )and season 15 which has ninjago’s saddest scene (season 11 and 12 doesn’t have that much of an impact for the whole story

Baby Wu going for tea instead of milk is something I think Uncle Iroh from ATLA would do. Also, that dragon that was chasing Wu and Cole caught me off guard because I thought it was from HTTYD.
Cole was always my favorite and him being a dad just so beautiful and I'm so happy we got ta see more of Jay and Cole interacting outside of the love triangle they had with Nya that one time.
i forgot how great hunted was. it gave us alone time with the original 4 ninjas + wu and at the same time an epic post-apocalyptic scenario with the most powerful elemental master losing his powers.
Literally one of my favorite parts of this season! Cole dad is soooo adorable! And Baby Wu was even more adorable. I kinda wish he really did adopt Wu and named his Cole jr 😭

If you used Jay and Cole to be his parents, (Jay: mom, Cole: dad) it means Wu's "mom" got crazy when they were separated to the Realm of Oni and Dragons.
The actual mother of wu would be sad kinda because since if wu’s biological mother is not oni that means the first spinjitzu master outlived her quite a lot. And since wu and garmadon have slow ageing it is likely she probably died in their childhood or teenage years.

There have been cases irl where the kid of 2 white parents turned out to be black, the husband thought his wife cheated, but a DNA test proved that he was indeed the father. Maybe Lloyd's grandparents or great grandparents had blonde hair and he just got that from them.

This season aired in early 2018, a long time before Kirby Morrow passed away. Pre-recorded lines from episodes aired after his death are in Season 14 (The Island + Seabound) from last year. I’m grateful we had a little more of his performance as Cole after his passing, nevertheless.

This is fr one of my favourite seasons. Part of it takes place in such a cool world and there are just SO many funny and golden moments. And Cole parenting Wu is one of the best things to happen here I swear.

Stopped watching this series after the geini arc, saw there were more seasons years later, I come back and find this video and find out this baby is sensei Wu........... K is this story line still going on?....... WHAT THE HECK DID I MISS!?
Season 6 and 7 kind of felt lackluster compared to its predecessors (in the long run they were both good seasons and you just needed to watch them at your pace), then came the marvellous season 8 and 9, then 10 was pretty good, and then eventually the new era, with also has its own taste. I also personally lost track of the series back in season 6 but somehow ended up gaining opportunities to watch the other seasons and some are quite good
I recommend watching season 8 ,9 ,10 13 (s13 is my favourite )and season 15 which has ninjago’s saddest scene (season 11 and 12 doesn’t have that much of an impact for the whole story

Cole was always my favorite and him being a dad just so beautiful and I'm so happy we got ta see more of Jay and Cole interacting outside of the love triangle they had with Nya that one time.
i forgot how great hunted was. it gave us alone time with the original 4 ninjas + wu and at the same time an epic post-apocalyptic scenario with the most powerful elemental master losing his powers.

There have been cases irl where the kid of 2 white parents turned out to be black, the husband thought his wife cheated, but a DNA test proved that he was indeed the father. Maybe Lloyd's grandparents or great grandparents had blonde hair and he just got that from them.
