Dutch gymnast Epke Zonderland won gold at the London 2012 Olympics, 'The Flying Dutchman' became Olympic High Bar champion after coming back from disappointment in Beijing four years previous. Zonderland says he enjoys being the one all his competitors are now trying to beat and talks about Rio 2016.

A sensational and brilliant athlete a beautiful man but also one of the finest human beings on this planet. His spirit, humility and kindness should be a role model to all young men everywhere. Whatever happens in Rio Epke "the Flying Dutchman" will be remembered as long as gymnastics exist. In Ancient Greece he would have been a god among the Olympians. It is pure joy to watch him.
