Hey Osarus, if you have enough of repairing solar panels after every storm hit, enclosure them with glass walls 😉

Hi well yea repair of the solar panels was an annoying thing, but covering them with glass actually makes the output a bit less. so i kept it going until i made my solar farm

Glass walls are not lowering the efficiency of solar panels... at least not with actual game version 🤣 p.s. thanks for learning me new things

@@peter4fiter yes and no. the drop in efficiency is not due to the glass itself. its because of the casted shadows from other things onto the solar panels. consider it a trade off for using lower tier resources to produce similar outputs at the cost of needing a glass protective box. just, don't forget to vent the box to the atmosphere with a passive vent, otherwise the atmosphere inside the box will heat up due to glass walls, some cables will set on fire if the temp gets too high.

U can programm the sorters with an initial ic10. just name them like "sort.iron" and then u can programm them with "sbn". put in the chip one time - and all are programmed with the whitelists. much faster

yea i realised that eventually but i am just too lazy to re-do it, even with the indoor storage system
