Thanks! I've never had a successful wash-and-go and I haven't used the new collection yet; how do I know which level of hold to order?
I think that you have to first ask why you’ve had unsuccessful wash and goes. A successful wash and go has a lot to do with how wet your hair is and application and technique of using your product. If you’ve been using, oils, reams or butters you’ll need a clarifying shampoo or at least 2 washes with what you have before trying any product. What are you using now?
What is considered a successful wash and go to you.
