Browsing UA-cam and I’ll be darned I see myself! Thank you so much Curl mix fam for letting me come be one of you wash and go models. Quick update I am in love with that shampoo it became a staple in my routine. And if you think these products worked well on my hair you should see my sons! Thanks again!
I am sooooooo glad you did this video. I bought a Curlmix fresh set for my low porosity little girl last year and really wasn’t pleased with the results. I took the quiz and answered the questions based on her hair type and the suggested formula was lavender which hasn’t done well for her hair. Since then, I have figured out how to correctly deep condition her so that styling it now has become more enjoyable and her hair is looking more attractive. Nonetheless, the wash & go has continued to evade us. Now I know exactly what to get for her and how to use it so she can FINALLY wear a wash & go and I can have more of my time, energy and mental space back as a mother of 3 beautiful black girls, who is also natural herself.
I so much love this process cause I am trying to figure out how keep my hair growing out and moisture in I'm from Chicago Illinois south side and on a fixed income so what else can I use
I've been using the L'Oréal beautiful lengths line the shampoo conditioner and leave in and leave in oil along with Cantu curl activator cream in the bottle as my leave in and no gel. I've been natural over eight years my hair is just like hers and that's what I've been using about a year. It's been working amazing. Everyone remarks on how long and full and healthy my hair had gotten. The last person who did my hair was just like this video how full and healthy no split ends or anything. I go with what works for my hair and not price etc. So hope that helps.

@@curlmix I've checked it out what other projects or products can I use because I don't have any money to try y'all's products I'm on food stamps and social security income and I so much love my hair I've been 4b natural 12 years just want to keep more moisturizer and growth to My Heavenly hair texture???
It's a style that people from coily, curly to wavy hair do. You basically wash and condition your hair, then apply styling products to define your curl pattern.
Hello Shiena! We truly do appreciate your feedback and we completely understand your concern. Just for context, this is a new routine for people with low porosity curls so we did edit it a bit differently to really express this. This is a reverse wash and go method so a lot of traditional steps have been reversed to better aid people with low porosity. To drive home the difference of a 'normal wash and go' VS the 'reverse wash and go', we did a side by side comparison to show how much better the hair absorbed moisture and clumped. However this is a real model that we want to walk out of our salon with moisturized curls, so in order to do that we had to re-wash the side with the 'normal wash and go' out so we could apply the 'reverse wash and go' to finish off her style. We didn't want you guys to miss out on anything with this discovery but we completely understand the confusion. Thank you so much for letting us know!
@@curlmix thank you for responding back! I eventually caught on and actually made a purchase so I can try it 😅 I’m just salty I forgot to order the brush 🥴😂
@@curlmix and if you check the editing, the labels were backwards, that’s where I got confused, but I caught it after rewinding it. Can’t wait to try the gel first!
*Have you ever reversed the order of your products? Let us know if the results were poppin or a waste of product!*
I use the gel before the moisturizer for every line except the vanilla berry.
No.

Great video. Thank you. I have type 3 hair too.
Took me a minute but I got it, I read the blog again and you're just switching step 4 and step 3..... Step 1,2,4,3... if I'm wrong let me know!
She has such a cute smile.
Great video.
Never thought about this bc I was wondering why my hair would dry out so much

I'm sorry L'Oréal dream lengths. That's the line. Only about $3-$5 a product and i do use Castille soap to cleanse my hair.

How do I get the products
My hair will not do that! What does porosity mean? Is step 4 something I need to do with my hair before step 3?
Can someone explain what is a wash and go

@@DefineMorena How often should i do this?
@@wavyvibes2985 You can do it once a week minimum. However, you can do it more often (llike 3 times a week) if you want to.
@@DefineMorena what would be the benefits if i did it more then once wouldn't it just cause more build up since my hair is low porosity
