I think this one is it actually, where Barret implies he made a move on Cloud and that Cloud must have lost his chance to be soul mates with someone else
His dialogue is different in other scenes, where instead of lecturing he's more heartfelt and sympathetic in telling Cloud to go after who his soul mate
