Every band I love has 2 characters that are opposites, and The Clash are no exception. For every political Strummer’s song, you have this romantic, heartfelt songs from Mick. The Clash wouldn’t have been as big without Mick’s knack for this type of soulful pop songs.
@@leahflower9924 I haven't seen any of the movies he's in for ages! I did just look up photos of him and you're right, he does look like a mix of Joe and Mick. That's pretty cool!
Anybody know the date of this show? Although I was a fan of 'the only band that matters' from early '78, I only got to see them twice (Aug & Oct of '82). I regret missing the glory days of their stage shows.
Possibly for the French "Chorus" TV program of weekly live shows, from sept. 1978 to 1981. I remember watching it in 1979-80. The program was really oddly presented - on Sunday mornings !! - and lasted 30 mins. They had all the best bands coming to Paris for that !
Best punk-rock band in the whole history
Oh I wish I could have seen them. They ended it way too early. Love the Clash!
The best song of the history of the existence
Fully agreed
Very probably
I have this song title tattooed on my knuckles.

100%...💜🙏

Paul singing his ass of making this even more awsome
Mick playing lead guitar and singing lead, what a talent

Mick’s vocals are great here.

@@matthewjdouglas6471yeah lol I was just watching a John Cusack movie and he is a huge clash fan and he kind of looks like a mix between Joe and Mick

Magic Moments!
Song will always remind me of my friend Paulina getting shipped off to another state for being a “and girl”. Still think of you, stay free!
