    I made two version, yours and one that you have to cook the vinegar and sugar and salt.your version is so simple that I thought it might not come out good, to my surprised my family and friends love yours and it’s now gone,the other jar it’s still in the fridge I’m eating it myself little by little. Thank you for teaching us this really simple way,but the best way

      What a compliment. From seeing and tasting others, no one salts it first to get rid of the excess water. This way you get the concentrated syrup.

      In talking to people, looking at so many recipes, checking online, no one salts and let sit overnight to draw out the liquid. My son ate some today and could not get over how delicious it is. So simple to make, comes out perfect all the time.

      No. Lots of liquid comes from sugar and the mango.

    Actual pickling process takes a couple weeks but ok lady sell the products

      Mine you can eat the next day. Try it. Easy to make.

    Way too much sugar. Maybe use monk fruit.
