There's good evidence they're cutting the northern air temple and replacing it with something new. The big battle for that episode is too big. They'll want to spend time building for the northern siege
The deserter episode. Jeong jeong calling aang weak, and Avatar Roku chimes in “ you think I am weak ??” If this doesn’t get adapted Netflix has failed
As much as I want The Deserter episode to be in it, I never understood why Roku literally made the mistake of "forcing" anyone to teach Aang firebending without respecting the cycle of the elements he was supposed to learn. It always seemed to me like an amateurish mistake that no Avatar would make, even Roku himself, as seen in book 3, learnt the element in the "right order"... like what made him believe Aang could possibly learn firebending before water and earth? To have Aang believe he could do it this way was one thing, but Roku? I never understood that narrative choice.
@@MARYWTHER I understand your point and do not disagree. But time was not on his side unfortunately, he needed to learn whatever he could be summers end, & Roku stepping in was dope from a fan perspective. The whole episode does not need to be adapted.
@@hasimodobasic4728 Oh I get Aang being stressed by time and believing he could master firebending without water and earth. As I said, I don't understand Roku, an experienced Avatar thinking it could work that way when even Jeong Jeong knows it can't work. Like it's not a moment where I'm like "oh it's gonna break the show if it's not done properly". Like, it's a dope moment but narratively it doesn't even make sense, in the cartoon. On ther other hand, other parts of the Deserter should be in the show tho (like Aang being traumatized by firebending because he hurt Katara and Katara discovering her healing abilities)
What I'm really looking forward for to see is how they make the genocide of the Air Nomads -- will it be gruesome or toned down. Is it gonna be long or short? flashback or the first thing we see on Ep 1?
I think instead of the Ocean Spirit we will have Avatar Kuruk possessing Aang and doing crazy waterbending! This is what I think because when he will show up in it other than that specific moment like Kyoshi in the trailer?
@@JonesVibes Don't forget his statue is in the Northern Water Tribe in the trailer next to Zuko & Katara when they will have their fight there, so close to Aang's body.
The mechanist is in omashu so no north air Temple
Making a video on this now haha
I forgot about some of these scenes / moments. I hope they make it in there!
This is going to be the longest 8 days and a wake-up I've ever had to wait for in a *while* 😅
Hahahahahaha I know! This is brutal lol
WHY CANT SUKI GET SOME LOVE OR APPRECIATION?
Srsly am I the only one who loves to see more of Suki and the warriors?
I love them too! And now I will definitely be keeping that in mind for future content. They deserve some praise! 👏🏼

Look at the trailers closely and you’ll find your answer lolzz

I cant imagine them fitting in core plot scenes as well as character building scenes it feels like too much to accomplish both
