I wet my hair almost every day.
If I get a headache I go standing under a cold shower and the cool water runs over my head and when I am finished miraculously my headache will disappear.
I do the same whenever I went to a place with a lot of people I take a head to toe shower just to erase the bad energy from my body.
And I do believe that Yoga or intensive stretching of your body every day will keep your body healthy.

HEADACHE can disappear when water is used because water reducess inflammatory diseases.

I shower and bathe at least twice. If I’m out in public I feel a need to cleanse. I feel I need to not because of dirt but I just felt the need. It seems to clear my mind. Sometimes I just have to sit in the bottom of the shower and let it run over me until I can cope again. Many times I just cry. Mostly because of the way people are towards each other.
I’m so drawn to running water in nature. Something that flows. As a child I would play in the creek for hours just watching the water and how it moves how the sunlight shimmers on it. How the rocks have become smooth from the flow. After a visit I am always in a better mindset and I can find inner peace.

For me, warm showers also work good. In the summer, when its hot, cold showers are nice, but i live in Norway, and if i have been outside in the winter, then a cold shower is not very tempting. Lately i have started brushing off the energies in my aura when im taking a shower, and im also jumping up and down a few times to shake off some excess energies that are stuck inside my body. I also like using the massage function on the shower head, to dislodge stagnated energies and stimulate the skin.

Depending on the social contact I shower at least 3 times a day. In German we call it "Abduschen" meaning "Shower off". You quickly just put water all over your body excluding hair and your done. Very relieving ,refreshing. Specialy after social interactions outside or even with some on the phone. I unknowingly did this for ever and now I know for sure the reason behind it ! Interestingly most of the time I felt including my head too but honestly I didn't want to wet my hair so I would skip it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now I know better. Thank you so much for this valuable information. I don't know for sure, but Sadhguru says the cool water must touch a certain part of the top of the head. I think if we have long hair (I do) the hair will get wet. If we cover our head, the water cannot touch it and it will not be effective -- this is my guess. @@YFL.111

Blessed with this video. I felt and knew these things already by God's grace but hearing from Sadhguru is very nice, a blessing.
I have a doubt though, Sadhguru, with all due respect, isn't pouring water on the head first contradictory to dipping in the river? When we bathe/ dip in a river as we can say, we first get into the water and our feet is first exposed to water, then our legs... Even when we take a dip in the river, our head is the last part of our body that gets into the water.
I've also heard from someone, a very long time ago, in a spiritual channel during the month of Margazhi that we must first wash our feet then slowly pour water to the legs, hips and so on and pour water on the head at last. That way our body's excess heat from feet and other parts of the body is accumulated on the head and then we get rid of it with water as we cleanse. This is also in sync with river dip.
Edit : I read someone else's reply to another comment. People first splatter some water on their heads before getting into the river. Totally forgot about that. Thank you. Doubt clarified. 😄

During the summers i always take 2 showers.
    1. Morning- before the breakfast (8:30 to 8:45)
    2. Night- after studying (8:30 to 8:45)
*Remember I'm talking about a shower here. A bath should be of 30 mins and for hair wash max 45 mins.*
During winters i only take one shower.
In the morning. I sometimes take a bath after the breakfast (around 9 to 10 am) because it's really cold early in the morning.
I always wash my face before going to bed.
Some of the points that i suggest:
    •Always take early baths
    • a shower should be of max 15-20 mins.
•after the shower wash your face with only a facewash.
    • don't use a soap in case of face washing as it causes severe skin problems. (Only for some skin such as mine)
    • wash your face 2-3 times a day
    • try to take cold water showers, during winter you can take warm water showers.
    • Eat fruits and vegetables to keep your skin healthy.
•never apply lipstick unnecessary. Use lip balms or Vaseline.
My skin is very sensitive so it isn't really compulsory to follow these you can skip some but if you follow the points you will have an absolute healthy skin!
