Fun! You should seriously think about doing a homemade spacer block lift for your Mirage, nothing dramatic but easy enough to get another inch or maybe two w/o messing up the suspension or cv joints.
True, but it’s mainly my commuter car that I occasionally drive 5hrs away from the city to beat on it. I just bought van with more clearance instead of lifting the car for the next trip. It’s still an oddball Mitsubishi though.
Now that I think about it, this cvt is COOKING. If you are below 10mph ish when the torque converter is unlocked I notice that the temps go up pretty fast. Its not really a fan of stop and go traffic let alone overlanding this thing HAHAHH.

Coil spring spacers are cheap & would probably provide a decent amount of lift on a light vehicle like the Mirage.
