Advanced diploma programs are longer in duration than diploma programs. The Certificate programs are even shorter in duration. Also, more than the duration, an advanced diploma is highly practical oriented and focuses on developing your advanced or higher levels of skills that the program is Targeting to.
One major reason is that Diploma courses doesn't require a a Graduate degree for attending whereas a PG diploma requires atleast one Graduation in any degree.
