    Awesome video.
I'm working on violet jelly, forsythia jelly and dandelion honey right now.
I also pickled so dandelion buds as a replacement for capers, delicious!!!

Another great video Alana. Know what you mean about eating the whole jar full. Yummy. Take care and have a blessed day and I'll see you on your next video.

Good morning Billy! It sounds like you love pickles as much as I do...sometimes it is too hard to just eat a few! 😄 I hope your weather is treating you well there...we have had a couple really hot days here! We will plant our garden this week and the heat should germinate those seeds quickly! Last year we had snow in late May...you just never know what you are going to get! I hope you have a wonderful day Billy...take care! 😊🌻

Hi Alana excellent video again thank you, they look delicious all that hard work and a lovely treat at the end, glad you are having some warmer weather makes you feel so much better, the woods at your in-laws look awesome what a place to forage and chill, the weather here is beautiful at the moment, its Sunday today and been in the 20s, we are almost planted up, after our walk today we planted out our sweet corn 🌽 and some butternut squash, so that just leaves the second lot of carrots 🥕 to plant in a few weeks, everything looks good but the weather has been kind, we will soon be watching you in your garden can't wait, thanks again take care and stay safe and well.

Good morning Kelvin! I am so sorry to have taken this long to reply...it has been quite busy here this last little while and then on top of everything, I got sick last week! It hit me like a ton of bricks but luckily, passed after a few days! Your garden sounds like it is really shaping up and you will be eating fresh vegetables soon...what a treat! We will start to plant this week as last year we lost 67 tomato plants to snow in late May...we don't want to chance that again! Thank you for your lovely message and I hope you have a great day...take care my friend! 😊🌷

Nice! I'm always afraid to try something new when I am not 100% sure what it is. I've read a lot on them and I'm hoping to be able to harvest some in the future! Thanks for sharing!

It is good to be cautious but if you get yourself a good reference book, that is very helpful! You will be so happy you did! Have a wonderful day Remi and thank you for watching my friend!
