⚠ The release played here is very rough. There is tons of unused content of various sorts in the files. It's hard to showcase everything that's packed in.
That being said, it is playable to some extent.

The moving minecarts are absolute perfection. I particularly like the one with the Chaos Knight shield acting as a pavise to protect the Orc driver. The only thing missing is a Labyrinth-style tunnelling machine!

It seems the sound of footsteps is pretty loud. Also it would be great if a sneak mode was implemented (when enemies don't hear the main character's forthcoming).

Sneak mode already exists in the original game, however it has certain issues. Overall, it wouldn't have much use, since the original levels are not designed with this mechanic in mind.

How did you open journal? I couldn't find the assigned key. I assume it's on numpad keys which I don't have.

The journal is disabled by default.
Open the mod's folder, open the file cfg. py with any text editor like Notepad and find "IsleWidgets". Remove the hash (#) before it and save the file.
Press J to open journal, B to play the intro, P for some test feature that's unused.

Everytime i try to start the mod my game closes, can someone help?

1. This release has not been tested on any of the re-release versions, it's been confirmed to work only on the original 2001 release.
2. Mod should be placed in the "Maps" folder in BODloader and installed as such. Installing it as a "Mod" in BODLoader will cause issues.
3. On my first try I wasn't even able to get it 100% correct, I had to - install it as a map, run it once, un-install, install again and only then it would work correctly.

Use the classic version of the game, install BODLoader, download Kronica and extract it in the "maps" sub-folder of BODLoader.
