Keep up the good work, Jeff. I've been a reader of your newsletter for years and devoured your book as soon as it came out. i appreciate all the good info you share.
Hey Jeff, Your first book was my first book I purchased when I got into outdoor cooking. I have been following your channel for a while and you always do a great job. I found your rubs up here in Wisconsin and bought your Texas rub. Look forward to getting my hands on your second book. Keep up the great teaching of outdoor cooking!
Good stuff Jeff. I have learned a lot from you. A happy subscriber to smoking meat. Keep up the good work. May the good Lord bless you and your family. Mr. Joe
LOL.. I had to go watch the video to figure out what you were talking about. That flag is one that has a broken stick and I keep tying to stick it between the fence slats only to have it fall down with the first good breeze. I now have it down in a flower pot where it's maintaining very well... I just can't discard it even if it's just a cheap one that is only intended to be used for a week or two during Memorial Day.

Another scrumptious video. I'm smoking some ribs from one of your recipes this weekend. Chicken tenderloins will have to wait for next weekend!
Sounds like a great plan!
Great info as always. Thanks, Jeff.
Thanks for watching!
Another great vides Jeff. Thanks
Glad you like them!
Looking good Jeff. Did I miss it, or did you not say what temp you smoked at and what wood you used?
225 Applewood
How do you keep the guy next door from climbing over the fence?
I throw scraps over the fence from time to time to keep him at bay.
Can I put the chicken right on the rack instead of tray? Pros and cons?
Looks good. Let's get that flag on the woodpile back up. 💪🏻

Why not fly it all the time? Memorial Day is every day imo.
Thanks for the attention 😉😊
