Janet Devlin's sex education classes. 😎😁 It's always good to talk about such things to clear a lot of myths. The old fashioned way of thinking just led to a lot of insecurity and people not knowing who to ask. Great job👍
Not being a girl myself, I can't really relate to the content of this video. However, as I do like girls and hope to one day share my life with one (and possibly more if we have daughters😉) this has been very useful information to receive. Also, I found the combination of Janet's playful Irish brogue and less formal wording with Hani's fairly proper British accent to be quite interesting to my American ears. Informative, charming, and entertaining all while discussing a health topic that is too often considered a taboo. Well done on an excellent video ladies!
How do you mean by proper British accent? What is that? Northern Ireland where Janet come's from is part of Britain and therefore a proper British accent. So what do you mean?
@@kicha7868 I mean no offense, but I can't tell if you are being serious or just trolling me, as I thought the meaning was rather obvious and I'm not sure where you are confused. Perhaps it is my use of the word 'proper,' in which case I am using the definition as a synonym for 'formal' not as a synonym for 'correct.' For example, the phrase "The young woman was quite prim and proper as she greeted her guests" would mean that she greeted her guests in a polite and formal manner, not that she greeted them 'correctly.' Furthermore, just because two people or two regions are from the same country, it does not mean they have the same accent, dialect, or even that they speak the same language. People from the Cantonese and Mandarin regions in China are both considered to speak Chinese, but actually speak entirely different Chinese languages. Here in the United States, even though we generally speak English, we don't all have the same accent. People from Boston have a different accent than people from Georgia, who have a different accent than people from Louisiana, who have a different accent than people from North Dakota. I would say the stereotypical "American" accent would be someone from the midwest or east coast. So, while Northern Ireland is part of Great Britain, you typically would refer to someone from there as having an Irish accent, not a British one. Similarly, you would refer to someone as having a Scottish or Welsh accent even though Scotland and Wales are part of Great Britain. An example of what most people think of when they refer to a "British" accent is Keira Knightley or Rosamund Pike in "Pride and Prejudice" or pretty much any character played by Colin Firth. Therefore, when I referred to Hani as having "a fairly proper British accent" I was saying that she spoke in a more formal manner with a British accent, while Janet spoke more informally and playfully with an Irish accent, and that I found the juxtaposition of the two to be quite interesting and pleasing to my ears. Hopefully this clears things up for you, because I don't know how else to explain my meaning any further.
R.J. Bedore I think the confusion is that what you’re referring to is actually the lack of an accent, it’s RP and isn’t a regional accent, if I were to place it I would call it English rather than British. By calling it a proper British accent you’re implying that other British accents are not proper, which is the vast majority of the population of Britain.
I’m 15 and I’m homeschooled. My mom works and me and my siblings required work, not to long ago I recently started making my own work to educate myself through research.
I don't know why I'm watching this :D even as a patreon I lack the certain body part to relate! I guess I want my view to count so you get more traction with youtube algorithm :P Have a great day Janet and Hani
"Like licking a battery" - Not going to put that in the video ;) Well I learned something new today. Although I equate it to learning how to sail a boat, when I live in the Himalayas. At least I'm prepared if I ever encounter vagina trivia
The question of the number of nerve endings in the clitoris vs. the penis is disputed, and from what I've read, the 2:1 (8000:4000) ratio is frequently cited but came from a 1999 study that has been superceded by more accurate data that suggests they're roughly the same in number. Also, the question of circumcision comes in here because the foreskin is chalk full of nerves. That said, I really appreciate this video and I'm very glad to see you doing a lot of interesting things with your channel.
Props to both of you for covering this topic with both thoughtfulness and humor. Really well done. Only problem is there are so many double entendres I could have made, it literally pains me to leave this comment without any!
Janet Devlin I’ll survive somehow! Oh, and a shout out to both of your cooters! They made you the experts you are! Seriously, you got like one wrong. 👍👍
I'd have skipped over this but I find Janet completely captivating in anything she talks about. Lot of good information to know even if you don't have the parts. You may be dating or married to someone who does!
Gash tray cracked me up!!! As a person who doesn't own a vagina,I have three way younger sisters,2 ex wives and ex girlfriends. There ain't much I haven't seen/heard. Been buying tampons and all that for 25 years or more. This is cool listening to you young ladies discuss this often disturbing ( to most men) subject. You need to emphasize that young fellas need to look into the hpv vaccine. I've seen a couple up close after birth and even after being cut to prevent tearing, they were just the same appearance wise.Sorry couldn't spell the correct word for that incision.
@Jack Snow no not a c section, apesiotomy I know that's spelled wrong, dang it,but it's where they cut the bottom of the vagina so it doesn't tear. Never saw a scar or anything, and they have to suture them and everything. I think it might be like the skin on the inner lip or the inside of the cheek,it repairs and kinda replaces itself pretty often. That's why inner lip tattoos fade real fast and sometimes disappear.
good on ye! I''m almost 60 and was born in Ireland and I think that religion played a large part in women not being able to talk about sex or referring to their genitals! Thank God (no pun intended, young people have started changing all that. Best of luck with your products and thank you Janet for giving people the publicity!
Having these conversations is really important, especially taking into account the lack of sex education in schools. Everybody should care about that. Then we blame people for not knowing these things, but we never let others speak about it.They are common things that should be talked about naturally.
Not sure why I watched this, other than it's Janet D. ❤️ I love listening to you whether it's your music or podcast. I knew, pretty much, all the answers but I have to admit though.... I've never heard of Blue Waffle. You should be very proud of yourself for helping to bring topics like this to the forefront. It's a necessary discussion. I love you, your music, your attitude, your smile, everything about you and if I was just 30 yrs younger I'd cross the ocean just to stalk you. lol Keep it up sweetheart
"Squalene" does indeed sound ☘️ Irish like Janet said! 😂 I also remember hearing somewhere that if your lips are dry, just rub a finger 🖕🏻 under your nose 👃🏻 for the oily substance to be found there, and then apply it to your 'smackers'! 👄
When she said you can lose a tampon in there and janet added "It's scary you can actually lose limbs" ..for a split second I have to admit I was totally confused ..until they elaborated and I realised they were talking about septic shock.
aww fair play to you janet, iam 42 years of age, and i think there were 1 or 2 things i learnt, so it proves i dont matter how old you are you can still learn about your body, oh and i think you took the taboo out of what some might say is an uncomfortable subject, great video, thanks.
It's a little horrific to me, that I am a man and I pretty much knew the answers all these answers where these women did not. But I am thankful that people are becoming more and more able and comfortable speaking about these sorts of topics. Respecting that not only male and female but also different cultures view sensitive topics like this very differently. Ultimately everything is situational and the more correct information we have about what is actually happening; helps us allign our perceptions more accurately to attain our goals.
As a man i thought why am i watching this but then realized it's probably a good thing if/when i have kids i may need this information and will remember that you told me it, to be honest it's something that schools need address rather then splitting the classes both sexes should know about both parts.
Thank you, in school I learnt so much about penises and nothing about vaginas, had to do all that on my own so this is so important for young people with vaginas :)
Your first informal pod cast? Very informative and as guy, I feel like I know way to much about the vjay as I knew the answer to most. Another interesting fact about the sharks liver, it is the largest organ in the sharks body and can produce up to 600 lbs of shark liver oil depending on the size of the shark. This was used as medicine and a primary source source of vitamin A. SHARK WEEK! Poachers still hunt shark for this along with their fins as its now illegal. Soo.. would a willing girlfriend also cure a vitamin A deficiency? Things I may never find out on my own. Fun times, glad to see you back on two feet. 🤣😁❤
I’ve been looking for a dish to put my keys in for about a year, and I think I just found it! It will go nicely with my yoni pendant and horrify my mother again, so money well spent. Well as I said the other day, this was very interesting and I'm sorry to those that get "creep-ed out" but it's very important. Both men and women need to learn what is normal to their own body parts, and more importantly what is not. Bravo ladies on a job well done! Lovely to meet you Hani, I wish you both a very happy weekend. See you soon Janet!
I love this! Your so great. You have inspired me to start my own UA-cam channel and I finally did it. I would love your support on this crazy journey I have started.

Wow proper Mythbusyers... or should we say Muffbusters 🤦♂: So glad I don't have 8000 Sensitivity! I'd be happy with 2000 - hang on, 4000 is kinda mindblowing... no wonder you ladies look like you're going into some kind of seizured shock at double the sensitivity.... I like the idea of the Fact that the Vagayjay has 8K, I mean my TV only has 4!🤔🤦♂ .... May I add 47 year old male, 100% on the Q:'s! Well lets face it was a 50/50 thing, but I'm running with the win! 😎🤘
Just a note on the before and after baby topic... from a guys perspective, yes, its different. Drastically, no... and, at least in the case of my wife and I, definitely not a change for the worse... quite the opposite. But to say its not different would be false. The question seemed to actually be referencing size, of the opening I guess???... in which case no, there was no noticeable difference after. But definitely feels different, continues to be much more stretch and does have a slightly different appearance. But again, not at all for the worse... as I said, in the case of my wife, MUCH better. This is a guys perspective, so take it for what its worth.
How often does discharges happen? And what does it feels like? Is a feeling of needing to pee? Or it just comes out of nowhere? Sorry, I’m a boy and my sexuality keeps me even further away from vagegeis don’t know that stuff
This was unexpected. I did excellent on the test! I guess going to Med School could be considered cheating? I also had 14 sister that shared way to much, and I was on a Med team that would fly out ahead of the fleet that would give physicals to prostitutes. One round of that job will cure a guy of fooling around I can guarantee that. You brought up some really important subjects and you did it in a fun way.
Yes, they do have something in common. Squalene, a compound found in the vagina, is a natural lubricant. When a woman is aroused, squalene is secreted allowing the clitoris and labia to swell up and prepare the body for sex. In sharks, however, squalene is far less sexy. The compound is found in the livers of sharks and is believed by some cultures to have miraculous effects. The local people on the Japanese peninsula of Izu, for example, refer to the substance as “Samedawa” or a cure-all, believing it can heal a variety of diseases, ranging from constipation to cancer.
I have often thought that wrinkle was quite a fun word, as for vaginas, interesting, no idea what they look like anymore so there's that, have yourself a great weekend, your friend's jawline is amazing. Love and hugs till next time.
Janet Devlin: Now the vlogs are demonitised too 😂 quite frankly this'll probably be age gated too, even though it shouldn't be. It's an important topic, but YT is YT. and I CALLED Hani being GashTrays lady 😂 Very informative video, I will say though, I somehow have known most of this for a while now, so i suppose the dialog really is opening up, which is great. I'm curious if this is you testing the waters on how you'd do a podcast or not, either way, It was entertaining and well edited 😊 also your vj will forever be the "old lady between your legs", sorry not sorry 😂
Just for fun,in my 6th grade sex ed (yrs ago) the boys were in one room girls in another.there were diagrams. Ours had a film, with a cowboy sittin on a bail of hay singing a song. I swear to God the mellody was.. Dont give the dose,to the one you love most. Give her some marmalade, give her some toast. ? :-)
A vagina isn't a hard thing to understand I just saw the 1 2 3 rule 1 keep it happy 2 when it's smile smile back at it. And when it goes south the seven days out of the month I Run 3 miles away from it!
Never had a smear test, but also have had very few sex partners. I've had general check ups and nothing was found but never had a smear test. Should probably do that huh? 😥

I really did learn something thanks!
Great vid, especially good for your younger female followers and everyone in general.
Thanks John!❤️🙌🏻
I love the lady rose. Not sure why anyone would be a hater.
it's the world we live in!
@@janetdevlin ridiculous, women are the greatest creation of God.
How often does discharges happen? And what does it feels like? Is a feeling of needing to pee? Or it just comes out of nowhere? Sorry, I’m a boy and my sexuality keeps me even further away from vagegeis don’t know that stuff
Damn, "gashtray"...that's genius! Almost makes me wanna start smoking again...almost. And, I love vaginas, they're beautiful!
Like licking a battery 😂😂
I have often thought that wrinkle was quite a fun word, as for vaginas, interesting, no idea what they look like anymore so there's that, have yourself a great weekend, your friend's jawline is amazing.
Love and hugs till next time.
I'll tell her aha Thanks for watching Mike! 🌞
@@janetdevlin Not even sure I should have. lol, but well, it's you so.
True story! I dated a girl who on our first date got a tampon stuck in her VJ-J and was so concerned she asked me to help her get it out. I did.
Now I can't watch Jaws the same 😂
I'm so sorry 😂😂
Never too old to learn wow! great presentation/topic.
Not blaming , but... I-m waiting for the Music Edition !
You guessed it but I couldn't say anything!😂😂
It can ring wrinkle up if you're in the bathtub too long

Never had a smear test, but also have had very few sex partners. I've had general check ups and nothing was found but never had a smear test. Should probably do that huh? 😥
