Mary inherited so much of Catherine. They both were treated badly but came out as winners of their battles. ❤❤❤
Unfortunately, it's the decendants of Anne Boleyn's sister who sit the English Throne to this day.
@@juliancain3872 Elizabeth I had no children so it's not her heirs that sit on the English throne. It's the descendants of James I/VI of Scotland that sit on the throne. He claimed the throne as a descendant of Margaret Tudor, Henry VIII's eldest sister. Its Margaret's bloodline that is the one that's on the throne not Elizabeth I's. Henry VIII Tudor bloodline died with Elizabeth I.

@itwasagoodideaatthetime7980 The *Tudor* bloodline died with Elizabeth. And the line did indeed continue with Margaret Tudor's decendants. But Mary Boleyn's (Anne Boleyn's *sister*) decendants through her daughter also sit the English Throne, Elizabeth II through her mother

@vibeofaragon Mary may have sat the throne, but Catherine died a painful death and as far as I heard never saw her daughter again after Henry threw her aside. Mary was the first officially recognized Queen of England, but she spent her short reign in no better comfort, abandoned by her husband, and failing to bring back catholism, or rather papal supremacy, she was the last Catholic Monarch in English history. Much like her siblings she had no children to carry on her legacy. But unlike them, her legacy of Catholic reformation failed to go through. They were really screwed over by Henry in their lifetimes, it's unfortunate but I don't know that I can in good conscience call that being the winner of a battle.
