Hello to all, this is Ted Skreko! This viola is modeled after Gasparo da Salò and has been modified and resized to suit modern viola performance. The spruce is Italian and the maple is from Bosnia. This viola is an ideal size for just about any violaist and the sound is beautiful, colorful and has enough power to solo over an orchestra. The musician that makes this viola theirs will have a friend for life!
