Thanks Dan you're video's helped me decide to choose a Inetch Flyer Pursue. I brought it home Saturday and lm sure i will enjoy it for years to come. Thanks
Hey Dan &Bri, really enjoyed the adventure! Beautiful campground I would agree. Thanks for the shoutout, that was cool! Noticed the link at the end too, your pretty creative dude. I really liked several of the close up shots which then focused out and beyond. Lots of nice touches . I’ll be taking a Dan and Bri’s workshop soon looks like! 👍😆
Dan & Bri's Adventures , you know I’m getting old, when being an avid photographer, i could not remember the term “depth of field” when commenting on your shots, duh right? Either that getting old or working too hard, i need to purchase my camper and get out there!
RollingRob lol. I know how you feel. I picked up the new Canon EOS R. I used the 50mm 1.2. It’s an amazing lens! I think you are working to hard and I agree 100% that you need to get your camper and head out to the wild!
That is a lower tier domestic fridge. The step up to the CFX models would be a night and day difference. I have both a cfx 35 and cfx 75dz. I've been out for 13 days with everything from ice cream to vegetables, with absolutely no issue.
That’s good to know. I have been trying to decide if I should get a larger fridge that I would keep in the bed of the truck or get a better one for the slide. The problem is the slide is so narrow.
Blane Kelly we still love our trailer! When ever you buy something new there are problems. The take away is InTech stepped up and took care of everything. Their customer service is amazing.
Terrence Joyner sorry for the large reply Terrence. You ask a fair question. Toms Camper Land was the only local dealer that has smaller campers in stock. InTech had been in the trailer business for so long that I felt confident in the purchase. We also looked at tag trailers and patriot campers that were out of our price range, plus we were done with tent camping. We love our camper but to do it again I would get something with better suspension and more off road capable. Maybe Oregon Trail. Thanks for reaching out!
Dan this is a little off topic. Do you have the lift kit on your Flyer Pursue? We have one ordered one, not sure if it will fit in my garage door opening 79 inches tall. Looked at a 2020 with new style roof rack 81 inches tall with lift kit. Yours looks like no lift kit. Which is what I think I need to fit in my garage. If you do not have the lift kit, how does it ride, I'm not planning on taking the trailer rock crawling.
Thanks for watching our video! We do not have the lift on our trailer. We have had no problems with the ride. I learned quickly to run about 35 psi in the wheels. If you run higher than that, which I think they recommend, if you hit bumps on the highway your trailer could get air. I have seen that once with our trailer. At 35 items in the trailer stay in place even on wash board roads. I hope this helps.
@@mindofmonster hello, yes we run 32 to 35. They are LT tires and not traditional trailer tires. The trailer rides much better with the lower pressure especially off road. On the highways at a hire pressure some bumps would bounce the trailer off the ground. Hope this helps.
zom zom hey thanks for watching! We had about the exact price out the door. Did you pick it up yet? We just got back from camping at Black Canyon Lake. It was amazing! Let me know if you start a channel!
Shane Lewis yes I do. It would be nice to stand up inside. I am still very happy with the flyer. It fits in the garage, the escape wouldn’t. Also maintaining a good temperature is easier in the flyer.
Have you ever thought to install one of those Chinese diesel heaters. From what I’ve seen they work great. I’m considering installing one (once I get some camping under my belt).
I think your wife and is working to hard behind the scenes. My trailer which has been lifted 2 1/2” clears the garage by less than 1/2” something to think about if you ever decide to lift. Mike
Mike Stansberry good to know. I have been thinking about something crazy. I don’t know if you are aware of the turtle back trailers. They just upgraded their suspension. I want to see if they can put that on my InTech. Let me know what you think. The trailer doesn’t do well with the washboards and I need more clearance.
Dan & Bri's Adventures my trailer bounced a lot , the tires had 45psi. When we ran the Camino del Diablo I lowered it to 25 psi and have just left it that way. I figure that they are LT tires and gave strong sidewalls and the trailer doesn’t weigh much. Just took if from southern Az to OR with no problems. I’ve moved since I lifted the trailer and the clearance got closer. I had bungee cords holding chairs to the rack and the cords hit. I gave one of the early trailers and the fenders weren’t mounted high enough and the tires kept hiring the fenders, lifting it fixed the problem. In your other videos I always see your wife working in the background except for the time she was fishing. Mike
Mike Stansberry she does work hard all the time. Lol. That’s what we run the tires at 25 psi. We do need a lift. I just love this little trailer. Do you run brakes on the trailer?
Dan & Bri's Adventures They didn’t offer brakes when I bought it and then m happy how it stops. Some day I’ll probably go down some steep gravel and regret it. I’m familiar with turtle back, but hey make them in Phnx I think. I know a guy that has one great trailers. I pulled my trailer with a 4d Wrangler now I have a Cherokee which pulls it better--same engine as the Wrangler but a more modern chassis. The only problem is I keep dragging it up roads with no where to turn around. It’s been backed up hillsides, ravines and into washes. A very tough little trailer. Mike
Nah, for the money you pay for this thing, I'll take a trailer you can actually stay in. One that has an actual kitchen, and a bathroom. You could have literally spent about 4 to 5 grand more on something like a Forest River Geo Pro, ( Found the Forest River Flagstaff E Pro 16TH on sale for 18 grand actually) and would have been living in absolute luxury. Forest River now makes one called an E Pro 16TH. (Toy Hauler) You can get that in the off road package as well, and for not a lot more money. You would get an actual fridge, (small, but real) two couches, that fold together to make the bed, and like I said, a bathroom. Plus you wouldn't have to fill water containers to have fresh water, as it has its own freshwater tank, and you'd have an actual sink. It also has a black water, and grey water tank as well. You could have had all that, for not a lot more money, and not much of a bigger footprint in terms of size, (height, sure, but length...a few more feet) and definitely not a big difference in terms of towing, sine you have a full size truck. And they also make a 14 foot non toy hauler style trailer that you could have got for almost the exact same price, and would have had everything I just mentioned....or you could have gone with the Off Road Geo Pro 12RKS, for about 10 grand fully loaded, and would have at least had a shielded kitchen. About the only thing that doesn't come standard on that is the roof rack, but they have them for it....obviously... And I don't work for Forest River FYI. I'm looking at buying a small toy hauler right now, and the Flagstaff E Pro 16TH is on my list. I checked out the Intech, but I don't think it's big enough to fit our Harley for starters, and then, on top of that, you have all the inconveniences that you have.......You can't stand up in it, ....outdoor kitchen....(I'll take that in an add-on outside grill option....thanks), no bathroom, and having to lug freshwater jugs everywhere you go. You might as well have just spent just a few thousand on a decent size cargo trailer, and built some things inside of it for yourself, you seem to possess basic mechanical know-how.... Could have bought a cargo trailer for about 4 to 5 grand, (if that) and spent another few grand in "stuff" to do to it, and would have still come out cheaper in the end.....and especially since you have the garage space to work on it. There's nothing about this trailer to justify its 15000 dollar asking price. If it was 8 or 9 grand....it might be a good deal, and something you couldn't do yourself for that price. But 15 grand? Hell no! Hell to the no!!
Harley Canine I can see your point. $15k is a lot of money. We wanted something small that will fit in the garage. All the other campers we were looking at in this size where around the same price. We love our trailer and enjoy using it. Our next one will be the Black Series HQ19. Have you seen that one? I hope to live full time in it.
@@kellettd2 As they would say. "Now that's a Trailaa!! I hope you can get one! That would be awesome. I have rented Rv's, stayed in friends Rv's before, so, I'm not a complete noobe, but I am to owning one. I have been researching which one to buy for months, because I know they're all kind of junk. lol. ALL of them! Even the 500,000 dollar ones....they're all junk. Maybe I'll follow your page, and maybe someday we can meet up somewhere.....ya never know. I think my final answer is the Geo Pro Flagstaff E Pro 16TH. I think it suits all of our needs, and I have a Silverado as well, but, I'm thinking, her Jeep might even be able to pull that thing....maybe not with the Harley in it....but empty.....maybe.....fingers crossed! Ciao
Harley Canine I would love to meet up. I am going to start following you so I can see the videos when you get it. I have to say I am sick of water jugs. Lol. We have been looking at getting a quad to hall in the trailer for more adventure when we get to camp.
Yes you can get a bigger one for that -we paid 14K for 1 yr old Forrest River and loved it but with the size comes storage of about 1500. $ a year, eats up gas towing, and you drive only 55 or 60 miles and hr, high wind is an issue too. So we down sized to a teardrop and keep it in the garage beside the boat.
I love it,, " there was frozen ice",, that cracked me up for an hour
King Manta ya I laughed at myself while I was doing the edit. Couldn’t believe I said that. Lol

Lee Weisgarber I will keep a look out for them!
Hi Dan
Can you tell me where you got your TV mount and what model it is
Lee Weisgarber I will have to look. I got the tv mount from Camperland. It has been a beast. One tough mount.

Very cool place !!!
I have found out that leaving my max fan on super slow speed at night in the cool temps stops the condensation
I was wondering why you chose the Intech Pursue over other models such as Hiker Trailers or Escapade Backcountry Camper?

Marcos Trujillo yes. Easily.
Wrap some hot rocks from the fire pit in an old blanket and heat up your trailer.
Jack Vanderhyde great idea. Thank you!
I wanted to get an idea as to the price, what was the cost of the unit?
Hello! Thanks for watching. This unit was $15,000. The only upgrade we did not have was the better fridge. I would definitely get a better fridge.
