Prin's reaction to Sombre - HIS own creation was hit the floor laughter. My wife just starred at me like I was nuts, it didnt help that was wearing a headset and had only one bluetooth ear bud in...so all she sees me laughing in an empty room. I tried to explain what was happening and...I failed. Then Prin running off to recover, you cant make this stuff up! I am trolling Bloom's site to figure how to hurt my wallet. I think I will skip a sample of Sombre but 4 samples of his creations are in the bag.

I remember how I found Prin's perfumes online and after seeing the notes and stories I just new it is gonna be something special and I believe I was one of the very first reviewers who started to inform about his work and I am very glad that this talented man gets more attention in the community!

Indeed you were Yana.....i was introduced to Prin by you only and already got SM Cafe & Scotch peat as 30ml. Prin was nice including samples along like Cigar Rum, Lumberjack which i felt in love with and I will definitely get their 30ml...the thing is that i don't see 30ml for everything but samples only...i have also got the samples of Aroon Sawat and Salted green mango and Sangre duce which are nice...
I wished that Prin has included all remaining samples so i shall have an idea of all.
I honestly liked all but not Scotch Peat...i sprayed it only once and i wish i can exchange it with Lumberjack or Cigar Rum......

Yana, yes he’s wonderful! I also love that he has different ranges. Strangers is fun, interesting and affordable, and Prissana is where the real magic happens. Thanks for watching! It would be great to meet up if you’re ever in the UK!

I have samples of all of these and sprayed them on as you talked about them. Awesome video fellas!! I genuinely think the guy is a genius. I have nearly everything he has previously created, certainly all of the Strangers and Pryns (including Sombre). I think I will get full bottles of Tom Yum, Natsumeka and Thichila. My only concern is the number of fragrances he is putting out, I hope quantity doesn't affect quality - doesn't appear to have yet!

Yes, I completely get your concern. But I do think he is a workaholic. He’s in Europe for about a month, and he says he takes long breaks as his just works constantly when he’s at home.

No questions asked about the performance of these frags but I have a question...
Ask him if he said one of his aim is to give a decent frag taste for average Thai people in a recent interview ?
If so why the heck is the frag prices are so expensive compared to Frederick Malle, Creed, MFK, PDM, etc etc....per 100ml...

As a casual observer, many things are middle of the road, subjective, we’re all different etc .... an artist may create something that some may admire whilst others don’t get at all
Fragrances, the sense of smell is something that you and I can never agree on. If you say it smells like strawberries, that subjective experience may be entirely different. But specifically, you can only describe a smell from what your experiences are, describe RED to someone that has been blind since birth ... you may use another sense, say it feels warm for instance but after that it’s tricky.
So anyway, Prins reactions generally appear to be one of two things - there’s a language barrier, not large but there is one ... but I see some empowered new clothes stuff ... he’s seeing you and others blow smoke up his ass and probably thinking “jeez people will literally buy shit and vomit if you call it art”
I think that’s what this is.
It’s one thing where art is polarising but hopefully the artist likes his own creation, Prin is repulsed by Sombre. You should be too. It shouldn’t be in shops. Jovoy have a warning not to spray it. But there’s joe spraying it willy nilly and going “ahhh”
Say again emperors new clothes.., more fool the people that review it.
