I’m interested in your app, but my screen protector is making touch unresponsive on my surface pro8. Do you have a recommendation for a screen protector that doesn’t reduce touch response too much? Thank you.
I had the same questions about a Surface Pro 9... I read a lot of reviews and each time the screen protection had negative points. I have also read several reviews from people with Surface Pro 4, 5, 6 who had never used protection and there had never been a scratch on the glass. So I followed this advice... No overcoat on the window but good protection around it... and no problem... The stylus does not scratch the window ;) (info: I use MoKo Case and Ferkurn Laptop Case Sleeve Cover)
I just bought the perpetual license and I have a problem with your software on my I7 Surface Laptop Studio. I made sure that touch works on every part of my screen and that the Zbrush Tablet API is set to Wn-Event (or whatever it is called) and yet the buttons are extremely unresponsive. Even outside of Zbrush only the ALT key really works and even then I need to keep pressing it repeatedly for it to start working then it works pretty consistently until I touch another button and then it resets. The shift key is even harder to engage and does not do so consistently; CTRL is the worst of all. "Most" of the other buttons work relatively well but even then it is still not consistent if my touch is registered. Just to emphasize, I can use any part of the Zbrush interface with touch alone, even the parts that the buttons would otherwise occupy and yet Tablet pro is not consistently working, often not at all for the most important buttons. Any ideas?
Hi. I’ll look to see if you have a message in the discord as well. The first thing I’d check is if the windows ink setting “ignore touch when I’m using my pen” is activated. It’s in the additional pen settings in Bluetooth devices - pen and ink - additional pen settings “
Please include a feature to change the UI back to the previous version of the app. This new UI is incredibly hard on the eyes, and difficult to navigate on a high dpi screen. I personally don't need all these complicated features, allow users like me to run the app in a visually simplified version.
