Jimmy makes the best pizza. Been a customer since the 70s and every time I go to another town and have a pizza...sadness. Home town guy for sure, but it is pretty damn good! No, top drawer. Top notch. World class.
Tumblers Pizza in Regina is their name
I wish I tried going to have to come back to Regina!
Looks good 👍
THANK YOU
The best!
The 'reporter' doing the interview could not be more dull or less interested. This is a problem with a lot of young journalists these days.
🤙🏽 this calls for detour road trip
imagine working for this guy
Looks good guys. You gotta look at Pictou County Pizza! Very similar in the fact that you load it up!
👍👍
Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo where did you mention the name of this restaurant?
www.cbc.ca/1.7093698
You can learn more here, but the specific restaurant in the story is Tumblers Pizza. However, many restaurants feature "Regina-style" pizza.
Tumblers is good same with Houston's pizza
You failed to mention the name… unreal
tumblers pizza. but "regina style" is also available at Houston Pizza, Western Pizza, Vern's, Trifon's pizza. there is some variety in quality, but overall the general idea is the same. Vern's pizza is by far the biggest though, with their 10lb 13" meat lovers pizza. not counting Tumbler's, the other restaurants are franchisible, if you want to open one in your city with "regina style".
Juliana is Regina's best.

What restaurant is this place called?
Tumblers Pizza
Honestly this is not the best pizza in Regina... This is the best pizza in the world 🍕
I used to call it Prairie Pizza.
Anyone in Toronto know a spot where I can get some Regina style pizza? Flying costs to much, and driving...out of the question!
Gotta go to Pizza Thick in leslieville, there's also a regina style pizza place on college Ave & Yonge ... can't remember the name though
i doubt it, but the big franchises, for Regina style pizza are Houston Pizza, Western Pizza, Vern's Pizza (they have a 10lb meat lovers 13" that is by far the largest by weight), and Trifon's pizza. This particular pizza place is one of the best though known as Tumblers. their pizza sauce is a trade secret. the other restaurants are franchise chains technically, but they mostly exist in Regina and Moose Jaw. Regina style is typically more expensive though, compared to Domino's, pizza hut, 2 for 1 pizza, red swan pizza etc.
What the hecks a regina! 😮
Its a city that rhymes with fun!
I don’t wanna know what’s in that sauce 💧💦💦
Damn it does look great. From Ontario
You CANNOT beat Western Pizza on 9th Ave. North. I have eaten pizza in England, Australia, the U.S. and Canada. No restaurant has ever beaten Western Pizza on 9th Ave. North, Regina.
Nope.....Western Pizza sauce is too sweet.......Houston Pizza and ESPECIALLY Juliana Pizza are superior.
Juliana is number 1.
😂
I never understood why some types of pizzas bury the toppings, especially the meat, under the cheese. They're called toppings for a reason,... They should be on the top, where they cook, crisp up, and the fat to a large degree is rendered out. It's like having steamed or boiled meat when it's under the cheese. Having said that, if they changed the order of operations, and put the toppings on top where they belong, it looks like it would be a pretty damn good pie.
You clearly have never experienced the INCREDIBLE "Regina style" pizza.......BEST pizza in the WORLD. Especially Houston Pizza and Juliana Pizza.
@@gregd6706 Houston's is great but throw Vern's Pizza on there too. 18" Mama Mia pizza is over 10 lbs! Regina pizza is the best in the world!
@@gregd6706 nah Tumbler's is still better. mostly because of the sauce. But Juliana's is a classic staple of Regina for decades in the Rosemont area, for an excellent second place.
@@dustinherk8124 WHOA...HELL NO...Tumblers/Western pizza is literally worse BECAUSE of the sauce......it's WAY too SWEET. Literally tastes like they add sugar to it. Obviously a matter of opinion though.
@@gregd6706 thems fighting words. meet me at wascana park's gazebo. 😄
As if I'd look in the garbage for this pizza sauce recipe...how arrogant. Everyone knows Houston's on Quance has the best pizza.
Been living in SK for ten years. “Prairie Pizza” is probably my least favourite style of pizza👎🏽
