Nice I have also been toping my locals with myutant but I do play alure of darkness instead of extravagance so I can have more options in my extra deck.
I would recommend you to play 1 Mine with terraforming or 2 Mine in the main instead of in the side because as a trap deck people will side a lot of spell and trap removal so your mine will not stay for long. Better to catch them off guard in game 1
I was playing mine before, in my previous profile i mention it, the reason its no longer in the main is due to space and I'm still working on the best build and even with other profiles and my own profiles there is room for improvement and i will continue to make the deck better, thank you for watching ur suggestions and for commenting :) it means a lot!
Thank you for commenting and for the question! Beast negates both effects and activation of spell cards, so if the spell is already on the field it can negate. It doesn't negate monsters tho. Thank you for commenting :)

I have a question..does Beast also negate monster effect or only spell effect and effect from spell that is already face up?
