Happy New Year ^^ Great Video but I have a few questions about the Deck itself. What were your thoughts about the Combination of the Sacred Beast Engine with the Lightsworns? Doenst they "bite" each other a bit? I see a few consistency issues especially if you harddraw Recharge with no lightsworns its literally dead in your hand and you have a lot of bricks in the Deck as well. Maybe cutting the Sacred Beast Engine and changing the Gamma Package to 3 Ashes (or any other handtrap). These are just my suggestions and no critic on you and your work :) Your Videos are great and I am looking forward for the next ^^ Btw I have a question I want to change my Thunder Dragon Chaos Deck to a going second build (I play Sacred Beast Engine which is more a going first type). Do you have any ideas?
Thank you, you too! Honestly i agree and i can work with consistency, the sacred beast engine imo is just really busted for any going first build. I also think solar recharge is good in almost every way tho I might cut it for the reasons u mentioned, I'm always improving and ill be doing updated profile and combos once i get it all worked out. Also for a going second build u can cut the sacred beast engine, I would also throw in lightning storms if u can afford them, if not I would go with a hand trap ratio of gamma package, ash blossom, Nibiru, ghost ogre or a variation of those card, I think droll also has potential. Thank you for watching and commenting :)
Thx you for your suggestions :) Yeah Lightning is a bit out of my price range right now but I got lucky and pulled a Forbidden Droplet maybe I can include this with Forbidden Chalice for example as well. Would you still try the Lightsworn Variant even if you want to go second or would you go with a classic Triple Aloof and Triple Solar build
@@fabienheidl2393 honestly I feel that lightsworn r better going first since its easier to hit those cards when ur going second and ur opponent can control the match up, i would go chaos build with 2 solars at most and 3 aloofs since if solar gets hit its pretty dead but aloof gets u advantage even if they hit it, just my opinion tho, thank you for commenting :)
Thank you very much :) Yeah I think I will try out both tactics :) One more thing about the Sacred Beast Engine (maybe you can guess that I am not the hugest fan of this strategy but I still play it because it lacks of good alternatives but this is the problem of nearly every Tier 2 to 3 Deck I guess xD) Doesnt the Sacred Beast Engine create 2 huge chocke points for the Deck on its own? Ash is right now one if not the most played handtrap and when your Search for the Beast gets Ashed you are doomed and when Curious gets Ashed its literally the same if you have no extenders. Do you see a way to prevend this or is this something we have to life with as Thunderdragon Players. Nevertheless #ThunderDragonforlive
Thank you for commenting! And yea, but generally most people will hit other cards but if they hit those cards it hurts unless u have 1 extender or more but u generally can see at least 1 extender if not then its lame but u can always try triple tactics, called by or something like that to prevent hand traps or from having as much impact, I hope this helps :)
Have you seen the Andres Torres build? If so what’s your opinion? He just plays curious with the beast engine and the gamma package. It looks really consistent but I think he chaos ruler out less.
I have always enjoyed his builds and have mentioned in previous videos he has been one of the influences for me, one of many, sometimes I disagree with his ratios for chaos monsters but everything else is very solid. Thank you for commenting and watching :)
Finally 😍
Happy new year mate!
Thank you! You too and yea I decided to take a week off, but im back! Thank you for commenting :)
