Dude, that's one of my dream machines for a business I want to get going down the line. How is it treating you these days? Did you go with HSK or Capto pallets?
That rapid looks slow compared to some of bigger mazak the horizontals. And that tool change process is painfully slow. The door doesnt even open until the tool is sitting there waiting for the tool and then it even has to travel into the magazine still. Cool machine, but i disagree that the use of 100% rapid is "hard" on it.
Can you make a video about tool length offset setting and programming?
Awesome demo, thanks.
The machine control/buffer cannot keep up with nc code! Try that same program in my MAZAK I 300 AWC w/ smooth control and same minutes!

Roughing speed to high for this long tool assembly, but rest is looking great:)
In a CAM program was written by the system to handle this part?
CAM Program was written using GIBBS CAM.
@@baledefence1308 I dont know gibbs. I wanna know gibbs. Thanks for machining porn.
Belle mazak

100% rapid. Way to beat up your machines. Just because my truck says it'll do 140 on the Speedo I'm not gonna hold it off the limiter all day.
100% Rapid is perfectly acceptable. Mazak has already limited the maximum rapid for you. If they felt you could go faster, they would have.
If you don't run 100% rapid on production runs good way to lose your job.
they are designed to constantly operate at those speeds. your truck is not.
