My inspirations are Dr. Joe for going so far on his journey and having the courage to share it with as many people that are ready to hear it. Wim Hof the Ice Man for being the legend that he is, conquering his mind and body and teaching the importance of breath, and Ram Dass for showing us the potential and power of love in our hearts.
Like many others, I am inspired by you Dr. Joe. I try to follow what I have learned from you daily, but admittedly I do have a ways to go. I am 68 and sometimes I just get to feeling I am too old to make the type of changes I want. None the less, I watch at least 10 of your videos a day. Everytime I do, my mood and attitude changes for the better. I also would have to say I am inspired by the dozens of testimonials I read from the individuals who have gone through your workshops. That is one of my many things I manifest on daily, is to be able to attend one of your week long classes here in the USA. I want to thank you for all you do.

I believe you should hold yourself in an Honored Sacred Inspired (in~Spirit) self as self in, of, by, & for,self. 2 reasons I think may be beneficial with just a little opening shift in percetion regarding another person to inspire ~tho we are all one~ pieces of the entire puzzel picture making up. one whole~ one song~ Uni~Verse ~All Connecting with the others Heart's on a frequency basis sharing in the joy brings an entire Embodiment to our whole. If you are feeling the wholeness as you are in your signature frequency , then sharing of your frequency into the whole will bring Embodiment creation of the harmonics of entire whole inspiration inspired In Spirit Through our sharing or rather collection connection~ us/we as an INTERDEPENDENT upon all the entire web of ALL life forms environment ~ begins to behave in/ as ~ a perfect all frequencies connection in harmonic interdependent whole complete Embodiment of what the you or the I are Possibly widening a perception shift just a little. You as conscious choice to be in connection into the river of source and then I find my way to the river of source Then by your permission your allowing I have access to your experience as you do mine. This allows the direction needed or the content of info I may be searching for too be allowed freely given by you in your self Acknowledgement as a part of the entire river of source creation. This is the result of Dr Joe's week long coming together in one space& time all connected singing together with All the SIGNATURE frequencies in perfect harmonics by the end of the week's instruction, directions, practice, of DrJoe sharing his signature whole embodied experirnce up to that moment with all who are in the workshop. Only in a quantum level of awareness you will be able to feel my Love i m sending to you every single day , each moment i see , or think of you , which is almost all day long!
