“But it’s not as if he’s criticizing me, bu there are joking comments that I don’t think he realizes how much they hurt.” I felt that comment IN MY SOUL.
My dad does this all the time to everyone then wonders why everyone doesn't like him.. He makes comments and such that he thinks are "jokes" but really they just hurt. The problem is he's been told they hurt.. and he just says to "chill out" or something along those lines. So he knows it hurts, but chooses to keep doing it anyway. My mom also does little comments that she actually doesn't realize they hurt. Like if she ends up doing the dishes she'll complain about how "nobody ever helps" meanwhile I do constantly help her.. Who she *really* means by "nobody" is my dad, but she doesn't want to say it. So instead she puts everyone down.
@@Eventide215 you perfectly described what my parents are like
Same
I think dad picked groceries because he thought it would be time out of the house without kids and responsibility
Haha exactly. However, when mom went for groceries, I bet she was not without kids. Same goes in my home. 🤪
If someone goes somewhere in my house the kids stay home if possible sometimes I'll bring the one who's acting the worst because the baby is special needs
These parents were more mature than most they realized and communicated the issues that they have most parents are too ashamed too admit their issues
@lisa barrett your pointless
@@Crxshoutonbro22 "You're" illiterate. Point match.
@P Johnson Qatar idk
These parents cooperated with nanny and didn't fight her instructions. So many parents on this show fight every change.
Yeah this is unusual for sure
Refreshing
I never understand the families that ask for her to come help then get all upset at the parents meeting when she points out what she saw them do wrong and then fight her at every change. If they think they are perfect and know more than Jo then why did they ask her to come help them?
@YoungOasis they already are to me but yes, their cooperation really does make them look amazing :)
This mother has got to be the most self-aware out of all the other moms on this show.
I was like "at least she knows that she has high expectations for herself"
This mom and Michelle Smith (the one from Hawaii) were probably my favorites on the show because of what you said.
Olivia Hunter oh I loved that Hawaii mom and her husband; they were the absolute sweetest and such eager, fun parents.
louisiana librarian oh I agree! Their willingness and eagerness to be flexible and learn more effective parenting methods was awesome.
Her and Becky Merrill (the army wife)
I'm so sorry .. but when mom said "Sam, whoever you are, come here", I cracked up. In truth, I know it's not funny. God bless you mom. Your babies are beautiful
My mom does the same thing with my sister and me, sometimes our dog. 🤣
I call my son the cats name at times 😂
My mom would tell 3 or 4 names before getting the right one, lol
My 2 sisters and I all have names that start with M. Yeah, let the tongue tying begin!
my mom confuses me with dog and the cat
She goes to work every day just like he does, but he thought she would be responsible for all the housework? Thank God Supernanny got that sorted out quickly!
So where do the kids go when parents work??
@@kerrierowling8226 maybe they get babysitted
@@kerrierowling8226 but idk I’m just guessing
@@kerrierowling8226 Not too many options...daycare, preschool or pre-k for the 4 yr old, or sitter.
He’s a person who thinks women should only do housework
16:14 _"i thought i was done doing housework when i got married."_

Lol yes
Imani Dominguez That’s pretty sexist
@@katsukibakugo9751 my point exactly.
@@katsukibakugo9751 Bakugo really said women's rights.
But! He DID man up, agree to do chores, and followed through. He realized his mistake a d fixed it and i think thats important to acknowledge that
When she admits to being hard on herself and not knowing how to fix it, my heart broke for her. Mum, and anyone else who's mean to themselves - please remember that you are your best friend and you have to stop beating yourself up over everything. You're okay. You don't need to be perfect in any way. Be good to yourself.
Really dad? You thought you were done doing housework when you got married?!??
Ugh, this guy...
Exactly
They’ve got to be divorced
The mom putting pressure on herself
“I thought I was done doing housework when I got married...apparently not!” Wow...
I know right! Like that really annoyed me
@@abriellemara91 it annoyed me to
Yeah that's a yikes from me. I cringed when he said that
Total cringe moment. Ew.
I know right, that made me so mad!!! It’s your house too, man, grow up and help clean up!
Samantha was really cute when she reached out and shook Jojo's hand while the mom was introducing herself. Happy birthday Jo

The gardening moment was wholesome asf.
Gardening with kids is the best.
I teared up so cute
Totally 💯
I think Mom’s honesty and candor is great. She’s not in denial. She is great at self-reflection
Why do fathers think that just because they work outside the house when they get home their day is over. The mothers day isn't over until she goes to bed.
Not even then honestly... Bad dreams, feedings, help with potty
Dad only speaking up during the whole intro only to say, “Please help,” was looool
"That's great we'll have one more baby"
*has triplets*
"I regret saying that"
I was thinking that
Buy one get two free
That’s the danger of IVF lmao. Their luck ran out the first time
Lucy Skye Diamond I don’t understand why they implant so many eggs. Wouldn’t two be enough? I realize it’s ridiculously expensive, but these multiple births are dangerous as well as so stressful, and who can afford all these kids?
@@lessehead Sometimes, even when they implant two eggs, one of them divides - and you end up with three babies anyhow.
This mom is actually good at demanding authority.
She needed that extra push of confidence that’s all
They are young enough too. They did this at right time .
i have her class
“I like digging”

He’s too adorable!
Awww that was the cutest thing ever!!!
I LOVE that kid
Yeah he is.
I love digging too. I do it to hide the bodies
@@blackfemalev1nce582 That's cool and all but I don't remember asking.
Can we just talk about how understanding the moms Dad was when she expressed how she felt. He immediately understood that she wants his approval and was totally open to how his jokes made her feel. That’s love man!
Hi I'm a triplet mom too, I feel this, she is so patient she cares so much I'm so proud of her
"I thought I was done doing housework when I got married-" Why the hell would you be done with it? Did you just think your wife was going to do anything? Your MOTHER didn't do everything, you just said YOU did the chores and rotated! What kind of idiot thinks he'll never have to do dishes again?

This is one of the best episodes. Great family and wonderful work done by Jo. Well done
So glad she suggested taking the screaming child outside to calm down. It not only helped the family, but the other patrons as well.
I just started thinking about having 4 kids under the age of five and I can just feel my hair turning grey, the bags forming under my eyes and the little bit of my soul being chipped away.
Meanwhile, the mom looks like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.
@@LuckyBadger I wouldn't have said that as she looks worn out but still looks amazing for having 4 children that young.
"I thought I was done doing housework when I got married" OH HONEY NO
With multiple Children you should Not only use Every opportunity to Rest, you should schedule These Breaks for everyone and stick to them.
Everybody needs These breaks.
Kid **gets born**
Mother: "Alright, are you ready for another?"
Father: "yea"
*Pair of triplets: "Allow us to introduce ourselves"*
I’m so glad these parents called super nanny when they are young kids, so they don’t have to put up with them acting up like the other kids on the show
I've noticed that the things that the nanny teaches the parents is just how my friends and I treated our own kids 40 + years ago....basically it's common sense most of the time. Pleased to see the she makes the same observations
If Jo just reintroduces common sense to chaotic families, that's often enough.
I am already worried when I saw they have triplets.
That are 2 years old
Happy Birthday, Jo Frost! Love how they did this on her birthday!
I am pleased that the families resolved their issues at the end of the episode. Super love lots to Jo and the families' efforts 💛💛💛
Triplets are going to be hard

It's a shame the 4 yo language skills are really lacking. Maybe his difficulty with communication is leading to his frustration.
CJ R. That’s what I thought too. He is unable to communicate his wishes.

Triplets arrived when he was barely 2- gotta be part of it.
The way they look at each other at 2:02: “Lets be evil”
Omg yes 🤣

The garden moment is nice to watch
The mom is so eloquent!
English teacher after all. 😊
@@Nimesay1she was my English teacher in 9th grade. She’s a Great woman!
The phrase help out, also implies that the person saying it, doesn't think the responsibility is theirs.
How right you are. My husband thinks he’s doing an equal share if he just asks (occasionally), if there’s anything he can do to help. So maddening…

Wait but where is the dog? On the chore cards “wash the dog” was one of them.
They probably had the dog stay somewhere while they filmed at the house
ChimichangA apple maybe
The poor dog probably died from al the noise! LOL
Yeah some of the families have dogs in this show and sometimes the dogs are shown but I think they put the dogs away so they aren’t crazy around the camera men.
@@arianagrandefeetpics1587 Yeah it mostly depends on how they react to the crew. If they're going to bark or anything they'll get kenneled or moved to another room for the duration of the filming most likely.

The triplets look like cute little babies!
I know!!!! I'm a triplet and me and my sisters are about to turn 12!!!
*look*
I think this is the most amazing family I’ve ever seen.
It's so nice to see an episode where the parents aren't lazy abusive ding dongs but really great people who want to put in the effort but just struggle managing their time and resources with FOUR kids under five. And honestly who the heck wouldn't struggle
I feel for this mom and I definitely understand how she feels in the world today everyone is judged for everything they do
Why on earth are there so many of these families who don't say NO, before they get help for their kids?
I like episodes where the interviews don't sound like hazed reality tv stars
I like Brandon & Dad's Patch

Domine Wimbury She is making them up
I so enjoyed this family and their willingness to learn. Good on them
Mother come here your dinner is ready
Me 1 sec I’m watching super nanny
I’m probably not looking into the full story here, but why would you put harnesses on them if you’re not going to use them correctly? They’re not for decoration!
They should be taught to hold hands, when out, instead. Dog leashes for kids is horrendous!!
Ujuani68 they aren't dog leashes- some younger kids don't focus while walking and even if the parent is looking the child can wonder off and get hurt! The leashes are at for 2-5 year olds! They are made for children!
She does use them when needed. But they also are able to walk indepedently.
the mom is literally beautiful
I’m impressed with the dads humility.
I actually like these parents they want whats good for their kids and the kids weren’t that bad anyway
Brandon appears very speech delayed. Wonder if that will improve with Supernanny's interventions.
“There’s something intimidating about her British accent.” ok rude
Ha
😢😭😂🤣
When the dad said he thought he didn’t have to house work when he got married...I looked at my my boyfriend and said “HELL NO!”
Toddler stomachs are very small. Parents serve them way way too much food usually. It’s no surprise they didn’t eat it all
Plus, it can get intimidating and discourage them from eating...
My mother would rather surve us very little and give us more if we where still hungry...
I thought I was the only one who noticed that.
Who else think's jo frost is super beautiful! 💕💖
Jo Frost is very beautiful. She's amazing, compassionate, and all around caring and kind
@@kindspirit-mo9nm yes 😊😊
Yess!
Supernanny is my favorite flavor of birth control.
These parents are the best and so patient with their children.
I love that it's always the women saying "I need to do xyz from morning til night" and the man is always sitting there saying nothing other than "my wife needs help"
The kids are so cute and they make feel so excited bcoz we going to infertility clinic middle July. Chance of having more than one high I'm scared but we excited to start this journey. Infertility is hard.
Good luck. If u get triplets....good luck even more, lol. Just start discipline right away like Jo Jo would
What happened? Was it successful?
He thought he was done. His mother should have taught him differently he said. She didn't have the tools that today's women have.
I hope he now understands that. I am sure his Mom deserved much kindness. May she rest peacefully.
Brandon gardening 💝💗💖. I thought this family was not bad at all. Parents were so responsive. Mom standing up to dad - I could not have done that.
if your mom doesn't list all of your siblings names before calling you the right one, she's not doing her job...
I’m the eldest of 6 & my mom would go thru the entire list of names before she’d get the right one we’d always laugh at that! I only have one human child but four doggy’s and I do the same with the dogs go thru the list 😂
Jo, I don’t know how you keep going and going. Wow!! This family was really trying to do the best before Jo arrived. When Jo started to show them easier ways of parenting, they became the most awesome parents than they were before. Mom & dad were truly trying before, they got it going on now even better!! You were all great learners. I’m proud of all of you!! Thank you, Jo 👍😃😉 You always wok miracles everywhere you go. 👍✌️😃😉💓💓💕💕💖💖💖💖☯️☯️☯️☯️
Its sad they were at the restaurant and everyone was staring and laughing cause i can assure you if those were there kids they would of whooped them in public instead of solving it the mature way😤

I can so relate to wanting to make my dad proud. It is beyond difficult 😞
I love that Jo always kisses all the kids. She really does love her job.
When the dad said "I thought I was done doing house work when I got married" I thought you What! I mean how chauvinistic can you get with that one comment.

We never acted like this...
Also it annoys me when people say "the Triplets" They have names...
She was right when she said she needs another person. She needs help! You cannot raise 4 kids under 4 with no help! I hope this poor woman got some help with the kids.
That’s not true, I have 4 and my husband was barely home when they were babes, super hard but it is possible. The eating part was the worst for my family.
@@laurencliver6452 i agree with you is hard but made possible with good discipline
Lauren Cliver Were 3 of them triplets?
Has the dad really been expecting the mom to take the kids to the store this whole time while he was at work? How have they not realized that dad should get groceries so that mom wouldn't have to do it all? Bizarre.
Did he say he keeps the the grass cut that's how he helps mom with the 4 kids?! He's a Clown

Wellena Spivey why post this? First of all, we know! We all watched the video. Secondly, you’re not even accurate. This was filmed in 2009. Therefore, Brandon would be 15 and the triplets would be 13.
