      Louishappyface It is a combination of practice and innate ability to perform in front of people. It took me a year to be able to play well in front of people. Some of my amateur piano friends still have nervous problems even after 10 years!

    Erstmals enttäuscht mich kongenialer Lang Lang, dem ich bewundernd schon Ewigkeiten gelauscht habe. Der Junge hat eine geniale Interpretation hingelegt. Ja, jede Interpretation kann man hinter sich lassen und man kann anders spielen. Hier, erstmals, sehe ich einen Lang Lang, der eine in sich gültige Interpretation nicht begeistert bejaht.

    • @stefajesus
      @stefajesus 4 роки тому +1

      Stimme voll und ganz zu. Der Jung hat wirklich das Stück begeisternd interpriert, ja mit Fehler, ja es konnte auch klarer sein. Aber diese Interpretation erinnert mich tatsächlich daran, wie Cziffra es spielte. Herzlich Bravo von dem Jung, ich sehe ehrlich eine Zukunft für ihn.

      The kid played in wrong style, does not fit with Lizst. This is still a classical repertoire, the kid played a bit jazzy! LL just correct him for that.

    • @JAndrade96
      @JAndrade96 2 роки тому

      @@simonpaxon5649 The piece is pretty charmimg, the jazzy style is a nice character but i think if the kid wants to play like that he needs to improve some passages but not in certain way that Lang Lang says, the hungarian style is a pretty nice way to the interpretation of Liszt, but is not the only one
      But Lang Lang at 14:57 is a good recommendation tho

    • @erikhorvath4297
      @erikhorvath4297 2 роки тому +2

      A lot of people don't know but Liszt taught his students that they should sing the piece first and only after memorising the melody playing it.
      The reason is every instrument made for mimicing the human voice including the piano, in short if you use this method you will learn the certain piece much faster than just playing but not singing it because the music will be much deeper.

    Lang Lang doesn't know anything, he just plays fast and has no musicianship
    That's why he's giving a masterclass and telling the students to play simpler, and slower, and demonstrating how to voice the phrases correctly - because he has no musicianship

      Read my comment again, read it carefully, then take back your quite rushed assertions
      I understand that communicating clearly on the internet is difficult, but i don't think you put a whole lot of thought into what i said before you blasted out with your response. Even if i weren't being sarcastic, it is quite childish to tell people to keep their opinions to themselves on a platform that encourages you to like/dislike and comment.
      Although i have a feeling i'm gonna have to spell it out to you, since the phrases such as. '[insert really good things Lang Lang demonstrated here] therefore [insert statement about how lang lang knows nothing here]' didn't seem to give it away to you that i'm being sarcastic and taking the piss out of people who think Lang Lang is just a robot whonplays fast
