Chef D. I love your videos so much. This is out of topic but had to share. I saw a video from a Chef based in Kenya making chapos. In the dough, he added grated carrots and Dania! Boy oh boy! I was shocked. I think I need to travel back home🤭🤭😁😂😂😢

Hey look, once you master a recipe whether chapos any other dish you can recreate or reimagine it to your taste and preference. Cooking should be fun and enjoyable. So put on your apron and make chapos of your imaginations and cravings.

Looks like it. Greetings from Bangalore, about India. I am pleasantly surprised at many similarities between Kenyan and our cuisine.
This again is very similar to the moong beans curry that we make. Instead of carrots we add dices potatoes and finish with scrambling few eggs into the curry. No kale. Spinach sometimes.
