I love making spell bottles, it's telling how often I make them when my 16 Yr old granddaughter now puts in her requests for them for certain things, its very normal in my family for them to request things like this from me. Or "can i please do a spell for..." I suppose as they've all grown up with it, it's part of their day to day living. We all make them differently and that's a good thing as it's full of our personal intentions for the spell bottle. I enjoy that final sealing action, sealing in the positive intention. Like you i never seal up a banishing bottle. Great video👍

I do not put a bow on mine but that is a lovely touch and depending on the spell i either ginde them together or leave them whole! Love this! Back in the day, I used empty baby food jars that my mom saved for storage. I still have the protection jar I made for my car in 2000. Feeling inspired to make some new ones!

They come in a pack of 5 and cost about £4, and they are about 3” tall. They are the perfect size for this little project. I hope you manage to find some. Thank you so much for watching! ♥️
I love these. I make similar ones, only with a little oil such as sunflower or olive oil. I add essential oils too. Then I can let it all merge and the intention too and use it as perfume. That is a daily reminder of the intention through aromatherapy

Oh you’re very welcome. I absolutely love making them. There’s a theory that they should only be used to actually ‘contain’ something - such as a person or a bad habit - but I say you can use them for any purpose you choose, because your Craft is your own! I love them because they are a very visual spell - whenever I pick up my self-love or prosperity bottle, I’m reminded of what I put into it and how I felt when I made it. The energy matters to me and I think that’s how they work for me. I’d love to know how it goes for you when you make one! Many blessings to you ♥️

I got some bottles yesterday from a 2euro store that had seed beads, so I emptied them and gave the beads to a couple of girls so I have my bottles ready. They're a bit smaller but yes with the corks. I want the waxing moon energy so I'm waiting a bit. Now I look forward to your spell pouch video! I ordered some velvet coloured pouches online to try it 🙂

Hi Camille! Thank you so much for your lovely comment, I’m so glad you enjoyed my video! That’s a great question. For me, the greatest difference between a bottle and a bag is the ultimate ‘end’ that the item will have. So I would choose a bottle for a spell that is intended to have a long ‘life’ - like the one in my video. I would assume that the owner of the bottle would always want to feel love and care for themself and I feel that a bottle has a greater permanence than a bag. I would choose a bag if I was making a spell to bring me the result I want from a job interview, for example. It would be a very specific spell for that occasion and I would have it with me during the interview - a bag would be much more practical in this instance, and once its work was done, I would release it. I would only have to reverse the knots and let the contents go. I really hope this makes sense! I think the important thing is to do what is right for you at that moment. As long as you have a clear outcome in mind, the ‘vessel’ to carry your spell is absolutely up to you ☺️
You're very welcome! Most of my ingredients are from my garden, I harvest and dry them myself. Others I usually buy from small businesses on Etsy or from online shops like Bramble and Bone x

Hello! I’m so glad you’ve found my channel too! Thank you so much for being here - and welcome! Yes I would absolutely cleanse and reuse the decorations. And everything inside the bottle can be returned to the earth - that’s why I don’t allow anything synthetic into the bottle itself. If you make your own bottles, you don’t need to decorate them if you don’t want to but I like mine to look a bit special, especially if someone is treating themselves to one, and I also think that the focus and attention needed on the decorations gives the spell a bit more energy. I hope that makes sense! 🥰

Oh my goodness I have had it for years - there used to be a beautiful shop in the UK called Past Times that sold all kinds of lovely historically themed gifts and bought it from there. You can find them online easily though, I’ve bought most of my collection of seals from eBay ☺️
I often give them as gifts and they are usually very well received. I would usually give spells for joyfulness and peacefulness, rather than anything deeply personal if I was the least bit unsure if the intended recipient would find the gift appropriate x
