Bhai cooking gas is extremely costly these days. Suggest if we can do it using pressure cook.
Else everything is simply delicate.
This isn't something you eat everyday. Gas is cheap compared to electricity.
Haya yes you can do it in pressure cooker... pour water in cooker (till half) , put your Condensed milk tin without opening, take a whistle.. after that put in low flame about half an hour. your aramelised tin is Ready
Keep in cooker with water cook for 20 minutes. Open only after it cools down completely
It's actually really dangerous boiling tin cans like this! I don't understand why people think it's a good idea.

It is very quick. If you make ice cream from scratch using cream and sugar you have to mix it every 15 min for 10-15 times.
