I have gone to El Dorado Royale 12 times in the last 10 years and your video really shows the resort as it is. I love this place and enjoyed your video
Looks like a ton of steps to go up and down, is this the case with the entire Resort? Because I have some mobility problems and can not do the step climbing. Thank you in advance. Was kinda considering booking this Resort after watching your review but with those stairs, I think it's a deal breaker 😢
@@rgrbch If you have a swim up room, either in the Casitas or Royale, there are no stairs. If you have an upstairs room then you would have stairs to your room. As far as the resort goes, there are stairs at the back of the lobby that you can take but you can also walk, or take a golf cart around the building and avoid the stairs. There may be an elevator but I am not 100% sure on that. My wife has knee issues and it has never been a problem.
Thank you very much for the reply on the stairs, I appreciate it, I suffered a massive stroke 20 years ago, and it left me all messed up lol. Another UA-cam video said there are 0 places to grab a quick burger, hot dog, or pizza etc, she said there are no small grill sites at all, is this true? I can't imagine that it is, but you never know.
I’m not sure if they were directly associated with the resort and I can’t remember their names but I know they had teal shirts. I’ll check my records and see if I can find the name.

Yes! We contacted the resort and they told us who to contact for shuttle service!
