The only thing I can do out of all of this is lay on the floor... BUT when it's time to get up, that would be a struggle too. For me personally, getting older sucks. 😔
Fantastique! Thank you !
I'd love a standing up version. 😊
I really needed this, thanks again coach, you're the best coach everrrr!
Ditto. It will help my balance.

Perfection, thank you 😊
Going to try this!
This looks painful but I’m going to try it.
Any suggestions on how to get on the floor when you're older (I'm 66) and have bad knees?
Concentrate on doing Squats and Lunges at least three times a day.
Dude... In this position I can't even bring both my knees up far enough that they'd be over my hips, let alone over my waist. Lifting the head is out of the question. You don't really seem to realize how unfit unfit people are and what "basic" or easy means to us. Thanks for replacing "hard" with "interesting". 👍
I understand the struggle, I'm 70 and out of shape myself. Just do what you can and each day it gets a tiny bit better. Even just pushing the back into the ground is a good start. Do it often and you'll feel stronger. Losing weight was a huge factor for me to get that belly out of the way :) Give up the carbs and just get moving in any way you can - even if it's just doing "pushups" on the kitchen counter. Good luck - you can do it!
Why are you acting like you being unfit is his problem? 😂 He's providing alternatives, not every move is going to suit every viewer
@@user61920 No, it's my problem. And guy's providing great exercises. My frustration just got the better of me while I was trying to say I'd like to be able to do this shit, but it just so discouraging when he says "everyone can... Let's start with basic.. " and this basic is my dream end-point because I obviously can't. And I hope I can't be the only one who can't so I vented. It's obviously not his problem at all, and I'm not trying to make it so.
I would suggest:
Planks
Hollow Body Holds
Dead Bugs
Bird Dogs
(at your own pace.) Slow progression, is still progression.
@@yeti_369 thanks. Though I'll have you know that when I plank most of my body weight still rests on belly. To take it off the ground I'd have to have my so far in the air it would be something like a bowing dog I guess is what they call it in yoga, not a plank anymore, and then I can't have my head lower than my ass for blood rushes and/or oxygen/blood being cut off from my brain and I faint. But thanks again for the thought.
❤
What brand are those shoes he’s wearing?…
I feel a lot of strain on my neck, is it as effective with neck support? Thank- you.
This means that you are not tightening you core hard enough. Your core should be doing all the work, not your kneck.
Thank you for this. Would this be ideal for lower back arthritis pain?
I can't do his exercises floor is too hard
How many repetition x 30 sec? Thanks
As many as you can.
When I try to do the oyster I feel I’m straining my neck and that begins to hurt. I’ve tried to not strain my neck but it doesn’t work, what am I doing wrong?
Look up McGill big three. It is much easier on your neck.
You are not tightening uor core core hard enough. your core should be doing all of the work.
