It makes me wonder how many years apart they're born in nature. Maybe they're too close in age. It happened by accident to an orangutan in an English zoo and the older baby had to grow up fast and lost a lot of time with her mom.
I totally understand why everyone is worried for the little tyke, and hopefully nothing bad happens, but there is a silver lining to this gray cloud! Try to just think about it this way, 1. At least Fubuki isn’t the older brother! Little Ibuki over at Tama zoo has been living a tortured existence since before he could stand (and Trust me, if you haven’t already seen it, you don’t wanna know the kind of things that were done to him). My blood was boiling daily as I watched his abuse get worse, and strangely enough, none of the staff, or other chimps ever stepped in to stop it (even the mother couldn’t be bothered) But the absolute worst part about it, is that Fubuki himself is a huge baby if things don’t go his way, and he’ll whine and scream like an old lady who’s trying to return her soup for the 15th time because it’s too cold, only to keep being told “But Ma’am, you ordered gazpacho” and then she makes sure to let you know that the 25¢ tip she WAS going to leave you, will instead be going to the Ronald McDonald house, before angrily storming out the door!
The twins are so happy to play with their new sibling❤
The twin terrors at it again! Good to see their mother take the baby before she got hurt.
Super😍

Excellent point,
About 4 years apart in the wild

Cloe seems to want to torment the baby and the other K seems to protect it from her.
Baby doesn't seem to have a good grip, thought it'd be stronger by now
She seems pretty good at climbing though.
Esses bichos na selva são canibais . Normalmente são cruéis.
I feel sorry far that baby....
They are so going to hurt that baby.
Não haviam de deixar a mãe ter outro bebê enquanto as irmãs não tivessem mais idade. Elas massacram a pequenina.
