Hopefully they fixed the steering issues on the 2015 model refresh. You see, the awesome 270 torque engine required wider tires ... the wider rims required shorter control arms to fit ... the shorter control arms required a rack with a quicker ratio to compensate for the smaller effect of the shorter control arms ... the end result is difficultly making minor steering adjustments on the freeway! The tires have too much leverage into the rack.

Which is both a good thing and.. well, this also ends up making the cars look weirdly shiny in Forza. It's weird how FM5 has lazer scanned cars and yet they hit the uncanny valley and hard. Oh and the damage.. Polyphony added that just because people wanted it, while the team itself shows no interest in it. They want to focus on the driving mechanics and not the damage, and thus it shows in how the damage system turned out. Forza's damage system is pretty bad too though, so I don't really care either way. Sure, it's better, but it's still bad.
Of course the result was set up on purpose, but they could have done it without making it so obvious. The guy playing on GT6 is sometimes using only half throttle on the straights and is not pushing the car at all through the corners. Lap times are always quicker in GT games unless you are purposely nerfing your performance.
Too bad for the GT version. You can never feel the car hitting it's full potential and the car seems weaker than it is IRL. You just sit there and wait for the revs to go up into next gear (if possible...)

True, Forza 4 had a stupid amount of brightness at Laguna Seca. However, GT is worse. The tarmac is one colour and the damage visual is terrible.

They should've done it like this: Put the GTnerd in real car and Stig playing GT with PS.
