Once again an amazing Q'uo! I love any subject that revolves around the Archangels. I love how when you read through the part of Q'uo recognizing a channeling from Hanan in 1957 your voice lilted a bit as if Q'uo was actually pleased to hear from Hanan😀. As far as Light and Love goes, I think just typing or saying the word Light can be a huge benefit to first of all, to get people comfortable with the word and work it into our collective consciousness. Light. What does that word feel like when you see it?Light. What do you see? Light. How does it feel? Did you visualize anything negative? Nope. You can't. Its Light. The opposite of Dark.
Angels are real I have experienced them a lot in different ways, what I do is send healing energy and I see the person healed when send the energy, I am truly there because I don't care what people think or say about me the only thing that matters is what I think and say about my self so I am done with giving away my power
The less folks speak of their healing work/abilities, the more healing power remains intact... and especially one's spiritual integrity. We've all met healers who hang out shingles, make grandiose claims, etc. Vibes matter. Our truth is apparent on the path. As for those with hubris, quite often their skills fade. Angels abet humility. Abilities intensify in those who guard that trait. Paz y luz.
The best way I can describe when I send Love and Light / Blessings / or the White light of the Holy Spirit is that I feel the stillness and my heart opens , this glow of warmth and than I speak to universe of sending this outpouring of Love , Light or Blessings ,or whatever it may be. 🙂 It Happens a lot when I do dishes ✌🏻❤️🙂💓💗

Who else has the experience of reflection of focus? I notice lots of times when I place focus or interest on a certain topic, that topic starts presenting itself to me everywhere. Brian's channel is one of the biggest reflections. I can't count the number of times I started to learn a topic, and within a few days to a week, he would post about that very topic. It's a very neat thing.
Regarding Sending light to others. I imagine a pink ball of light around my heart and grow it untill it reaches out and covers those areas of the world where it's needed based on news. I will also focus it into a beam directed at an individual. Sometimes in meditation I will sit in outer space holding Earth in my hands and direct righteous energy from all over the cosmos into her.
To send love and light I go within connect to my heart chakra and source then extend my energy field out around that person and hold them within my energetics field. And then as I'm sending them love I say in this lifetime I want you to know that you are loved beyond anything else.
I send love and light all the time. I picture in my head the person, people, or animal, plant, etc.. showered in a liquid diamond rain. I try to oicture then happy or dancing etc.. -R

I do agree that things like money need to go as we'd be better off without it. The only issue, and it's a pretty big issue, is what do we replace it with? All money is meant to be is a representation of work or effort. It's a place to store value. That's the ideal but clever people have figured out ways to get it and manipulate it without adding any value to the whole. We have alot of people on this planet and our societies are very large. Without money we're going to have a decent number of people that will simply refuse to "pitch in", yet will still expect all the benefits from everyone that does. Those same types of people would probably just take whatever they can and as much of it as they can. How do we stop that and how do we get them to share in the labor without a barrier in place. Money somewhat serves that purpose now. In very small, tight knit communities of a few dozen or 100 people it's easy to hold someone accpuntable for not "pulling their own weight", but it's much more difficult to do that when a community is hundreds of thousands of millions of people. I'm all for getting rid of it but we really will have to evolve to the point where we hold ourselves accountable and work for the common good of our own free will. As of right now too many of us operate chiefly from the more primitive parts of our brains for that to happen. If this shift thing is act will happening then hopefully it will bring with it stronger spiritual ties with everyone else which would hopefully eliminate things like greed and entitlement. I've just been around alot of people that will work only if forced to or if it only benefits themself. There's no awareness of them not working makes other people have to work even harder while they get the same benefits as everyone else.

Even before I found your channel two months ago, I would visualize bright white light coming into the top of my head, filling my aura and expanding it into a huge ball of light with my body at the center. I then send it out in a straight line to the target and fill their aura with this essence. I fill them with bright white love, acceptance, peace or whatever feeling I am prompted to by the light. The light knows what each individual needs at the time of channeling. Om peace peace peace

Ever since I was a small child I have been fascinated with the idea of archangels. I once did a type of medium session where the medium became infused with the archangel Michael. My gf at the time got me into it and had been following this medium. She said he traveled the world doing this so hopefully he was legit! But, he did ask me one question - “how do you feel right now while speaking to me?” I felt overwhelmed with love at the time for some reason so I said so. So I create my technique based on the concept of video games and cartoons, (Inner child) I believe in magic so turn love and light into tightly woven concepts . I see the image I give it a name I affirm the words I make my body feel the words as I say them. And once it's fully installed in my brain All I gotta do is say the words and I see the magic in my mind's eye easily and boom it's done.

The first half of this episode in particular was so in synch with what was discussed in the interview with Paul Selig and his books that he co-wrote with his Guides. Never ceases to amaze me how it is all connected beyond time and space. The more I’m waking up, the more I’m truly understanding how much of a construct we have made of this time-space business. It’s all connected and synchronicity at this point is “well, duh!” That really is the tip of the iceberg of what is actually really truly normal. It’s the time-space stuff that’s the illusion. And yet, here we are peeps. Fun crazy rollercoaster- but looks like we’re collectively finding out that we can transform that rollercoaster into a lovely scenic, soul-soothing ski lift ride, for ourselves and our companions. It is time to replace that outward perception of reality with the inner knowing of truth, that remembrance of oneness with the Source Creator. Inner knowing versus outward perception. Im a long way from letting go from what others think. When I'm angry it's easy to not care but it eventually comes back into thought... I used Google meditation to help one of my friends who was having a hard time loosing a parent, I know it works because I could tell he was different...

I affirm the words
I make my body feel the words as I say them.
And once it's fully installed in my brain

The first half of this episode in particular was so in synch with what was discussed in the interview with Paul Selig and his books that he co-wrote with his Guides. Never ceases to amaze me how it is all connected beyond time and space. The more I’m waking up, the more I’m truly understanding how much of a construct we have made of this time-space business. It’s all connected and synchronicity at this point is “well, duh!” That really is the tip of the iceberg of what is actually really truly normal. It’s the time-space stuff that’s the illusion. And yet, here we are peeps. Fun crazy rollercoaster- but looks like we’re collectively finding out that we can transform that rollercoaster into a lovely scenic, soul-soothing ski lift ride, for ourselves and our companions. Sans unnecessary suffering :)

Thank you for this Quo channeling it was a great vision. I love your interpretation of sending love and light, I myself use a great deal of quantum imagination when channeling love and light from source. I wanted to share this little piece I wrote awhile back.
So I wrote this today... It is time to replace that outward perception of reality with the inner knowing of truth, that remembrance of oneness with the Source Creator. Inner knowing versus outward perception. Outward perception of information coming to the intellect versus inner knowing truth of the source intuition. Its like all the info outside of ourselves are just mans concepts of the scattered source for the illusion of life and until we can illuminate that fire within and bring to life the awareness of truth then we just running in circles.
