Solid review, Josh. You know, I wasn't really stoked for this figure either. The publicity stills didn't do it justice, but when do those photos ever do that. Your review showed it in a better light. That said, I want one.
I think this Lee Bermejo Batman inspired a lot of Matt Reeves Batman final costume for Pattinson. Loved it!
Honestly, i'm amazed. Didn't expected It would come out this good.
The cape looks like it would be fireproof, hell, probably bullet-proof. Hell of the job making this guy look heavy and tough. Such presence.

I love this Batman as well! One of Todd's best, if not THE best. I plan to use him in a Justice League Dark display with John Constantine, Etrigan, Dr. Fate, Swamp Thing and the upcoming Deadman figure. Weird they went with such a classic vintage look for Superman when the rest of these guys look so modern. He really is the odd man out. Congrats on passing your goal for the Kickstarter campaign, buddy! You are super talented and the absolute best!

Was already going to get this but after seeing in on hand and not stills this has sold me so much more, I was so excited for the Constantine figure finally but this one is just incredible and might almost overshadow the rest… will see once I own both now, there goes my money😂
This line will be an absolute success if they start doing classic comic arcs. For instance identity crisis.

Yeah. I just got this guy, and after a week of not sure about the color, repainted him head to toe. This is a fantastic figure! It even has me collecting some new comics for the Bermejo art.

They all look great but Black Adam seems like he's a different art style than the rest.
Would be cool with the Black/White version of this Batman---if the comic was a sketch version of the comic before they added all the color

There's a very subtle scar to Batmans right side of his chin on this figure, surprised they included that.
if you read the comic you'll see hawk woman and a new bat mobile. fingers crossed that's a teaser of what's to come.
So much surface detail there... definitely a wash in some of the crevices at least will really make it pop.

Todd needs to look at Adam's, Capullo, Sale and Lee. At least he's finally making some decent villains though..
I just got constantine today (love him) and I think I'll order this figure once my paycheck comes in tomorrow. I do wish each figure came with a different comic, like do a 4 part series, it would give more incentive to get the entire line.

It's still olive green. Awesome fig but again Todd just missed the mark. Great video, I'll stick w white knight Batman or Dark Knight Returns until Todd can really do a proper Batman and, dare I say Joker....

The different designs from the page punchers are cool. Not sure if I’ll get. Maybe. McFarlane is making so many, many figures. What do you think of the mini page puncher figures?
this is import level sculpts if not better and cheaper
I love the sculpt of this figure but, the color i think is just horrible, why didnt they paint is suit grey and not that ugly olive green, however good video 👍👍👍

Just got this yesterday, might cut the shoulder pads off and glue them to the upper bicep, and cut out some of the torso to make it move forward more

Somebody just tried to kill me, they threw a rock off a bridge as I was getting home late from work. Called cops but they didn't see anybody , they fled. Cop did say he saw me flying about 70 miles an hour, but that was adrenaline . Home now watching your vid to calm down. Y'all be careful out there, crazy times.

Honestly I'd recommend getting it
I own both versions and they are cool in their own ways. McFarlane for the sculpt, cape, and articulation. DC collectibles for more comic accurate color and look. I recommend the mcfarlane version
Great review. I was with you and historically prefered the non-armoured Batman but because McFarlane figures are SO scrawny (especially the arms and legs) this style hides that and looks good. One of my favourite Batman figures that they have done.
curious what a battinson head might look like in it with the matching stitching on his cowl and on this suit.
One of the best Batmans yet by McFarlane. You should've gave him some weapons so we could see what he'd look like holding them.
