The video was very helpful. However, it would have helped if you explained what to do if the motor is bricked. I could not put the window down to take the bolts out. What I ended up having to do was unbolt the regulator from the door, push the bolts out of the sheet metal and drop it to the bottom of the door. That let the window go down enough for me to reach the bolts and remove the window from the regulator. Thanks
Thanks for this video. Question- after installing the new motor it worked initially. But after assembling the door, nothing is working correctly. The car won't even start. Is there a way to reset the computer?
If you are replacing the entire motor/regulator assembly you can certainly cut the metal cables, don’t cut any electrical cables. The glass will then float freely.
If you could be more specific that would be helpful. I've only worked on windows and locks for 32 years. 46,000 invoices. I'm really good at this. Thanks for the feedback
Awesome, thankyou

Nice
In the video you say to lower the window to remove the regulator. My motor doesn’t work, how do I lower the window?

Not sure if he knew what he was doing.
Definitely not recommended
