We are officially cutting ties with this manufacturer. This video link above goes into full detail. My parents had a icon golf cart delivered with bad AGM batteries, and I wanted to repair the cart on video so I could create helpful you tube content for Icon owners..... around the 26 minute mark, I wound up realizing that my mother kept this secret from both myself and my father because she did not want to add stress to our lives. So i wound up just opening up to my father for the first time ever about the havoc this company has caused in my life and my company.
