    Yay!! I was admiring those in your other video and here they are ☺️ You teach so beautifully - I've learned so many tips in 3 videos... I love the posture tip (thank you!) and the "loosen the loose cord" so you know which cord to pull tip - genius! 🌺😊 These will make the most beautiful gifts (after I've made mine 😁).

    your hanger is beautiful,, having a hard time following which cords you are using. I've cut them out but the inner and outer cords are hard to tell which ones your using to make the basket in the front.. Ive read through your instructions first.. then watch your video and no where do I see you mention inner or outer cord you had us cut out.. you mention working cords. maybe the terminology is different then what I use too.. I purchased 4 of these,, just can't seem to get them made

    • @CraftedbyCeri
      @CraftedbyCeri  2 роки тому

      Hi Carol, Don’t worry. The outer cord is the long working cord 400cm that you use to make the spiral knot. All the others are shorter inner cords. Once you come down to the basket, you can use any cords for the front and back part of the basket. Let me know if you need any more help 😊👍

    Would you please mention the cords length?

    • @CraftedbyCeri
      @CraftedbyCeri  3 роки тому

      They’re all in the description of the video Helen if you scroll down. Take a look. They are based on using 5mm thick rope, you can get the pre measured cord in a DIY kit if you want from my online shop. Ceri

    I tried to watch this (living room sound system on the television) but the volume was just too inconsistent. One moment it would be so low I had to turn it up to 80% volume, then it would blare so loud I thought my speakers would blow.

    • @CraftedbyCeri
      @CraftedbyCeri  3 роки тому +1

      Sherry Bora thanks for sharing. I haven’t tried it on a more power sound system like that but I can understand what your saying. It’s definitely an area for improvement as the voice over isn’t done in one go consistently. Will try some new techniques going forward.

    So is that 6 cords at 200cm?

    • @mister.ri.fitness
      @mister.ri.fitness 3 роки тому

      It is 4 x 200cm for the inner cords, 400cm for the outer cord that you knot the spiral with. Then the wrapping knot and cord to go around the wooden ring is 115cm.

  • @turquoisefeatherdesigns5902

    So your written directions do not tell you how many cords to cut of each. By watching the video, I think you have FOUR inner cords at 6 feet 7", and ONE outer working cord at 13 feet 1.5". I used a 6" glass bubble bowl and found it very difficult to do the knots as you describe around the bowl. And I'm experienced!

    • @CraftedbyCeri
      @CraftedbyCeri  Рік тому

      That’s right, 4 inners cords and those are the correct lengths. The larks head knots around the glass bowl are fiddly but there is also no exact location to do the knot as you need to adjust it to your glass bowl. You also need to mirror them on the left and right to be equal. So I understand it’s difficulty. Did you get it to fit securely?
