Lovely but far to quick for me
Thank you. Very good tutorial for begginers
❤
Such a great tutorial! Thank you!❤
بسم الله ماشاء الله تبارك الله احسن الخالقين 🧿🧿🧿🧿
Yes, very useful. This is the way even I measure 1 metre.
I know this tutorial is over 2 years old. However, I wanted to mention that this is one of the best explained lesson on knotting and building of these shelves i have ever seen. Thank You so much for teaching this DIY
😂❤
Is this bow holder kit still available?
Yes! They’re available on my Etsy shop, you can personalise the names if you wish. craftedbyceri.etsy.com
Goood Morning i would like this pattern please
Absolutely the best tutorial I have seen! Clear and at a pace that is easy to follow. Thank you!
Bonjour j’aimerais beaucoup recevoir le tutorial par e-mail svp
Bonjour j’aimerais recevoir ce patron svp
Love, love, love tis piece❤ Yes , would love a Tutorial for this piece please 🙏 😊
How long are the cords
About 100cm each would be more than enough
Hi - Im loving your videos! My Mom taught me the fingertip to nose "yard" measuring method too, so handy! How do I know how much rope to use for one of these keychains?
Perfect explanation of a sweet little heart. Thank you so much for this video 😊
I'm to stupid for the first knot 😭😭😭
Wish it was slower so I could see how to do it or have a link to written instructions.
Hiya, there is a full tutorial on my UA-cam channel on the keychains tutorial playlist. That will help you and break it down.
Great Video, especially for someone just learning. thank you. Looking forward to learning more from your videos.
gostei ficou muito prático
El colgante q tienes enseguida, el de la maceta cafe, tienes el tutorial de ese?
would you please let me know how to get the 4 inch bowls
Hiya, I sell DIY kits on my Etsy shop but otherwise I’d try florist/plant shops for them. Some hone decor stores have them. It depends where your based I guess and what’s near you.
thank you for the tip i dont need a kit and i love you designs@@CraftedbyCeri
When you hang this do you use fabric stiffener to keep the wings and hair on its head up?
Yes, that will help to keep them in shape. Or you could use a fabric glue between the wings but the spray fabric softener works well
You're amazing! You be sure to let me know if you wanna make another! I have SOOOO many rolls and nowhere to store them. Truly fantastic!!!
Ahahaha. Where are you based? I needed functional storage as I use multiple colours across many orders and projects all the time. It’s time saving versus having them stacked on top of each other.
@@CraftedbyCeri I'm in Texas
Ugh! I need one of these! Where'd you get that!?!?
I made it! I’ll show in the next shorts I post… will upload it shortly 😉
@CraftedbyCeri Well you did a FINE job! If you decide to make another, I'll absolutely buy it from you!
@@amberthrapp192 I wouldn’t mind, I love working with wood 🪵🌳
No point of putting such kind of tutorial. Of no use
Likewise to your comment! 👍
Thank for this very good video - it’s was very easy for a beginner to follow you - even if I has to practise this knot a a lot of times
Doing it with one pair of cords is the simplest, this is harder as it has 3 pairs of cords to flatten and make sure are flat. It looks beautiful but if you want to simplify it, use less cords and then when your ready, add more.
Love this, made one and felt so proud of myself. Thank you for this video, it was easy to follow and such a great help ❤
Brilliant! Pleased to hear it, enjoy 💞
Thank you. Thank you. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this. I do struggling terribly with these measurements . I want to macrame and all the measurements use metric. ❤
Saves you doing the conversion! ☺️
I was struggling with the hitch knot. Thank U for explaining it. I can do it now!!
So pleased to hear that, it can be a tricky knot to grasp. Well done 😁
Very informative your vids are thank you! I’m trying to find the pattern of the little pot holder that’s hanging right by the mirror in this video please!
You mean my little rapunzal tower one?
@@CraftedbyCeri I guess I don’t know the name of it but it’s very interesting and so cute it’s just by itself by the mirror do you have a pattern for that?
@@kerrieinverso1350 No, I can remake it but it was just a little experiment one time that I made up. It uses a crown knot.
@@CraftedbyCeri oh ok thanks for clarifying! Best Kerrie

So awesome!! Great job 😊
Wow thanks for the extra tips, that makes a difference for fumble fingers such as myself!
You are welcome! Glad it helped
Do you think I can do this with 3 mm braided cord? I use bobbiny cords
Yes, it’ll hold a nice firm shape :)
Thanks 😊
Awesome! I love the detailed instructions! I’m just beginning my macrame journey! Your tutorials are very easy to learn from! Thank you!
You are so welcome! Enjoy crafting and relaxing the mind!
Que graça de suportes ❤👏👏👏👏👏
So happy you liked it
😊
Love it. Thank you
Did you try making one?
Did you get the tutorial on this one done yet?
Hi Julie, thanks for your interest. I will share some details on this shortly. I’m mapping out my upcoming tutorials. Sorry I’ve been away a while. Ceri x
Hi! Where do you get your names made?
They’re laser cut MDF, you can find suppliers who cut them on platforms like Etsy and EBay.
Could you make a full tutorial with all the information on size of Ropes and length? Please please please?
I’ve got the notes written down but I’ll need to pull together a video tutorial for this. It was a cool project!
So your written directions do not tell you how many cords to cut of each. By watching the video, I think you have FOUR inner cords at 6 feet 7", and ONE outer working cord at 13 feet 1.5". I used a 6" glass bubble bowl and found it very difficult to do the knots as you describe around the bowl. And I'm experienced!
That’s right, 4 inners cords and those are the correct lengths. The larks head knots around the glass bowl are fiddly but there is also no exact location to do the knot as you need to adjust it to your glass bowl. You also need to mirror them on the left and right to be equal. So I understand it’s difficulty. Did you get it to fit securely?
Best description I’ve heard to make the crown knot! Numbering the cords and explaining how to move the ropes by number made it so easy to understand! Thank you.. Gorgeous heart! 💖💖
If one way doesn’t work, it’s possible to find another way to teach someone as we all learn in different ways. Glad it helped! Ceri x
