    Your scientific explanation of the particular topic is absolutely genius! Beauty with brain. Personally, drinking small portion of water throughout the day helped me a lot and using HA based products only in summertime was game changer.Favorite channel❤Love u❤

    I’m only 20 and I slowly realized that at work my face felt really oily and dirty all the time because I would only wash my face at night and just use a random cream moisturizer, but now after seeing your videos I have a $130 Amazon cart about to be ordered of all the proper care for a 5 step routine for my oily/combo skin at night and a lighter routine in the morning. I’m ordering all 3 of the numbuzin no.1 products you recommended in another video and I’m really excited for the drying powder because on the sides of my nose breakouts happen often and it is always extra oily in that area too.🫰🏽🫰🏽🫰🏽

    I'm 14 and I just found out your channel! I'm so glad I did! I have so much acne and people at my school barely have it, so I guess getting bullied is just something that comes with it. My parents also always tell me that my skin looks horrendous (they're not wrong lol) Especially in the heat, I get so much acne. I actually have this is acne/acne scar from almost 1 year ago. You skin is so good! I wish my skin was good. Thank you so much for all the tips, Yoobin!!!
    Also I use rose water and Apple Cider Vinegar homemade toners, do you think that it'll help my skin in the long run? Even then, is there anything you would recommend for my skin (I have a combination skin)

    • @blueyoobin
      @blueyoobin  Місяць тому

      Hey there! 🙌 It’s totally normal and common to get acne when you hit your teenage years and start growing up. Teenage acne is likely to disappear naturally as you become an adult. So, don’t worry too much and don’t stress about what others say. Everyone has different skin, and that’s completely natural! Instead, be proud of yourself for taking care of your skin early on because that’s really cool! 😎
      If you have very oily skin and live in a hot place, it’s even more important to manage oil and sebum, exfoliate, and soothe your skin. Acne can be managed, but acne scars are harder to deal with! I haven’t tried homemade rosewater and cider vinegar toner myself, so I’m not sure about it. Be especially careful with homemade natural skincare products in terms of storage and usage.
      For managing oil and exfoliation, I recommend BHA (salicylic acid), for calming acne-prone skin, Centella Asiatica extract is great, and for moisturizing and helping acne scars heal, panthenol is awesome. Check out my other video on teenage skincare for more tips! 🥰

    Wonderful video, and you are so beautiful. Thank you! Could you comment on a video by Arsalan Aspires on UA-cam? He mentions that Hyaluronic Acid and its variants might dry out the skin over time, particularly in low humidity, as it can draw moisture from deeper skin layers, potentially causing dehydration. He might not be entirely neutral, making it hard to know what to believe. For context, I have oily skin.

    • @blueyoobin
      @blueyoobin  Місяць тому +1

      Thank you so much for the compliment! I completely understand why you might be confused. Hyaluronic acid is indeed an excellent ingredient for hydrating the skin, but in very dry and low-humidity environments, it can sometimes pull moisture from the deeper layers of the skin instead of the air around you, which might lead to dehydration. That’s why it’s important to layer a good moisturizer on top to lock in that hydration. As I mentioned in the video, hyaluronic acid comes in different molecular weights, which affect how deeply it penetrates the skin. Depending on your environment, choosing the right molecular weight can also be helpful. But my top recommendation is that if you have dry skin and live in a dry environment, pairing a hyaluronic acid serum with a rich moisturizer containing ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, or panthenol will help keep your skin well-hydrated. I hope my response helps clear up any confusion! 🙌

    • @blueyoobin
      @blueyoobin  Місяць тому +1

      You don't have to start using retinol right now, and it's definitely not something you must do! But if you're curious to try it, I recommend starting with a very low concentration and testing it out slowly at night. Retinol is effective, but it's also a strong ingredient, so it's important to use it carefully. I suggest trying the Innisfree Retinol Serum as a starting point. It has a very low concentration and contains soothing ingredients like cica, making it a good option even for more sensitive skin! 🙌

      Hi, first of all, I'm sorry if my video casue you any confusion, and I totally understand why you might feel that way. As a skincare content creator, my goal is to explore and test a wide range of prdocuts, not just these that work for my skin type, but to help people with different skin types and in different environements find products that work for them. (So that others don't have to try everything themselves.)
      However, I've stared to realize, thanks to feedback like yours, that intoducing and testing too many products might actually make things more confusing for some people. That's why I'm currently rethinking and planning the direction of my long-foam videos to improve clarity, I really appreicate your honest advice, and I hope you'll look forward to seeing how I grow! 🥰
      Also, if you ever find yourself confused about any products, feel free to leave a comment. I'll do my best to help you out, even if it takes a little time! 🙌

      Because skin cells are regularly renewed, your skin can return to its original state over time. However, you should consistently apply sunscreen in the meantime. If you want faster results, consider using ingredients that help with britening or those that promote exfoliation and faster cell turnover!
