The feeling driving down the highway in a RV and looking in the rear view mirror and seeing the family happy is priceless. Using up the water taking a long shower will get you put out the RV🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

95% of everyone I've known who had an RV owned it for 2-3 years and then got rid of it. They're a pain in the behind, and a total money pit.

The rv you have is a class A. I have a class C which is the one with a bed over the cab. Class B is a conversion van. I wouldnt own a trailer because if something happens I want to be able to go from my bed to the cab and drive off without having to go outside. Always back into yoir spot so you can just take iff in an emergency.

This is a good point re not going outside. Re Ann C's comment on the flexibility of a smaller vehicle while you're parked, I agree. That would be nice. Gotta weigh your needs. Can't remember if I saw it in a movie or irl, but there might be some you can drive a tiny car or bike right up into the back.

When I retire, I plan on selling my house and travel the world with my husband. Eventhough I'm 34, I work my ass off. By buying an RV will allow me to retire early or work part time. We've been Full-time Van Dwellers for 4 years now. I have 4, 120ah deep cycle batteries, 1 600w Flat solar panel, 2, 100w portable solar panels, and on top of our 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan a 100w solar panel and It has ever leak, or rattled 🙌🏾🙏🏾. On average, I get 145-150 miles on a quarter tank of gas, and when traveling, I never take him pass quarter tank. To clean our dishes, home, and to " flush our toilet ", we use 100% distilled vinegar and two spray bottles. We have a heated shower ( uses 5 gallons for the both of us once a week ) in-between time, we use wipes daily. and a washing machine that we use on shower day, which is usually Sunday. Total cost to get all that done is a grand total of $2. I used a camp stove to cook, but to cut the cost I cook over the camp fire a lot, with gathered wood. Cooking Mon, Tue with leftovers for Wed, Thru., Fri, Sat junk food like Hot Dogs & Burgers, and Sunday we have a Sunday dinner. This pass Sunday, I made Fried Baby Back Ribs, Sweet Potatoes, and Spinach ( inside the van ).
So when you say, RVs, or whatever vehicle you choose to live is like having a steering wheel in your living room. It's so true, I have in my minivan all the creature comforts of sticks and bricks.

I live full time in my Rv on an abandoned property with a house. I found the owner and we agreed on $23,000 for the house. $500 mo. I want to build it off grid for my future generations. The bible says one day we wont be able to buy or sell without the mark. Plus if theres a worse pandemic we can sustaine ourselves. We dont even need to go to a grocery store. All I know is God is telling me to build this and I follow Him. But as of now we can park our rv on BLM- Bureau of Land Management land for free. Also Cracker Barrel is free and walmarts are cracking down on over night parking. Not many Walmarts left that do it.

You can tow a vehicle behind an rv. But for me I wouldnt get the tow with the 4 wheels down. Id get the one with two wheels on. The tow bar youll need a seperate break to put on the car break and hook it up. The 2 wheel tow is quick and easy to hook up. Sorry Im commenting so much. I just dont want people to learn this stuff the hard way.

Love the subject of this video! We bought a not so normal vehicle and are renovating it into an rv…we built a shower, sink, toilet, convertible bed etc. in it to be mobile and for sustainable living if the power in our home goes out. In 09/2019, I heard the message so clear from Yah to prepare and continue on and we have been doing that ever since so I am sharing with anyone reading this…prepare yourselves spiritually and physically and continue on. Be mindful of what you allow to take up your time and think of what is worth your time and energy bc the enemy puts a lot in front of you to distract you but stay on the right path and Yah will never forsake you. Love this family and the help they give. Take care! 🥰🙋🏾‍♀️ ❤️

I have a travel trailer for recreation and prepping. Having a TT was very helpful a few years back when I had to evacuate my home due to a leaking dam here in Norcal. Traffic was terrible as EVERYONE was evacuating down two highways. Don't think you will go anywhere fast and campgrounds will fill up quickly in an evacuation scenario. I was able to park my trailer at a friend's house.

Off grid is also rarely if ever needing a grocery store too! Especially for those preppers who've also well learned/know to bring along for road trips or flees in RVs not only dry nonperishable/cured preserved canned foods, but also importantly how to search for, identify/forage edible wild plants/mushrooms, and how/where to fish and hunt/trap, skin, gut, preserve, fast build fires to well cook or smoke-dry big to small wild game. All these skills and others are vital/crucial to off-grid survival.

It will also be invaluable in case of an emergency where yall just have to dip at a moments notice. Then move to dump station, refill water tanks, fuel, groceries, etc. Once every 6 weeks we would stay at a campground where we could power up, water up, take long showers (on-demand hot water instead of hot water tank). There are some great apps to use to find overnight parking spots, free camping spots, lots of great info available at some of the boondocking sites. When boondocking, heat water and cook over a fire instead of inside.

I camp up in the Colorado mountains, and the deserts of Arizona all the time. I can stream movies, and do my live broadcasts, and I always have enough WiFi signal to do so. I highly recommend it!!

The very first responders on 9/11 were the flight attendants. Throats slit, etc. No one ever acknowledges them.

I suggest that people attend RV Shows because they give workshops and answer questions such as what to look for when buying an Rv. They explain the shower 🚿 rule (if you can’t stand comfortably in the shower, DON’T BUY THE RV!). And so much more. Go to an RV SHOW.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.

Theres places to work for full timers. Over the summer people can go to National Forests and work there cleaning up. Septand October theres the sugar beet harvest season in South Dakota where you can get oaid like $2,000 for 6 wks of work, after that theres Amazon for Christmas the let fulltime Rvers park and some of their warehouses while they work that season etc. Work as much or as little as works for you.

I'll tell you I was raised native American and Scottish and Cherokee and all that and. I keep them water bottles for about everything. I have a few bottles I use different things in like alcohol and spray bottle or I'll delute the alcohol in the spray bottle and I'll use a homemade cleanser just to spray off vegetables you don't need to use a big spicket for everything. one bottle I'll keep a little peroxide about 2 inches peroxide or less I had about over half of a bottle of water and I'll put maybe like three or four little soap spray pumps in that bottle shake It up and that would be a good way to use when you don't want to use your main big water spicket in your RV. And I believe in those detergent bottles I used to have a ton of them I think I got rid of some of them cuz I had too many and my husband kept laughing at me telling me we ain't going to never need all those bottles LOL. And I think I still got some now I do keep these like tea bottles the store makes. You start with this square bottles clear bottles and It's got the groove where you can hold it better on the sides I have dried them out wash them out I've had put rice in them I use it for storage I use them for everything. I even got where I thought about today I've been sick for over a week cuz I was having some issues and I couldn't eat too good because I really was weak and so I was drinking the electrolytes lights in the bottle the ones you can get for like $4 for a good size little bottle of water. Those bottles are strong as well as I've ever seen they're even stronger and thicker than the detergent bottles and I thought to myself instead of buying water bottles and all that crazy stuff .Why don't I just use one of them you can feel it up use it as a freezer bottle to freeze things in a cooler and they were perfect bottles and they're like $5 but you're getting the drink with it and then I'm thinking well gee whiz I need to buy more of these.I was raised in the Virginia's I live in North Carolina myself. Right near the coast .And the pineapples you mentioned and one video I like to grow pineapples and they are very good when you grow yourself. And yeah people don't understand you can get away with less water than you than you need. I've had to go to work a few times we had hurricanes and I will use a gallon of water to take a whole shower and I will feel just as clean as if I had used a whole regular shower or bathtub full of water or anything like that .And I thought about looking in buying me some of those water showers were like if the power goes off you got that 5 gallon water bag where you can let the water run through a little tube but just a good way to do things too I think. But I've always been like a survivalist girl myself I'm in my 50s years old so and I got two sons live with me they don't want to get married and so we live in the same house unit and no thirties two of them and we're still the other day here with us. But we live on our means we don't live richly we got what we need if things get bad. Power goes out you got candles you got I mean I'm still trying to look to see if I can find me something good to use as a solar panel I mean I want to get me one of them but a little thing for you plug it in the car to play your phones in and your one one outlet for the power now I would like to have one of those I saw them on the Amazon one day. And do believe in what you say about plentiful of blankets and all those kind of things. And I was prepping as much as I could before the pandemic and I'll tell people just get a little handful here a handful there. And we do grow our own orchard we have a lot of pear trees some plum trees apples and I have got pecan trees we got I'm going to try to grow me some more pineapple trees. And I do use cedar trees like pine feeders you can use those for pine needle tease and all kinds of stuff. I used to grow lemons and limes from seeds and they do grow good you just got to take care of them don't let the sun kill and then I did have two pretty fine Apple tree's I had two pretty pineapple tree's I mean sorry y'all I had two pineapples and I let him die I was wanting to see if they would make it in the cold in the North Carolina. if so gets pretty doggone cold out here sometimes so it would be hard on them unless you cover them up that will help we do keep a lot of grapes and stuff growing things like that big trees and we got rabbits we got livestock you know like well we don't have to be livestock we got like a chickens and ducks and things like that and they will fertilize your plant still fertilize your fruit trees. I got pears that the hair last year then thing for two times size the ones you buy in the store but that's because of the runoff from where your animals live at they fertilize your yard naturally for free so I'm all good with that. So yeah the least of water you can use the better on certain things .I remember I used to live in the city and my water bill was like $40 a month and I was watering plants in a city then and it was around $60 a month after the summer well then after after the summer it would drop back down to about 40 right and I don't do clothes everyday of the week. I wear my outfits a few Times . I've saved a lot of money on detergent anything you got to do save. And we're not filthy people I just think it's stupid to overdo your clothes when you pay good money for them I mean it's just really crazy. But I love your ideas you got great ideas and I laugh when I'm watching your shows cuz I enjoy them so much. Ive watched 3 hour's 😂 worth and not realizing it. I always loved people from different cultures different ethnics I've never had a prejudice bone in my body. And that's why my grandmother was that way my whole family is that way.
