    I am a lifeguard, the local therapists use our pool for client sessions with. Many people have improve with water therapy.

    well i do it too Hydrotherapy it is my job i make it for people and im a teacher i tell the people how to do it cuz i am a teacher

    Can u guys explain why hydrotherapy will make a person feel like they got hit by a bus the next day after doing one session? I didn't do much and I'm not obese, can walk, and do these basic exercises no problem. I've been in a pool before for hours and never had this kind of pain like I felt after a day after doing this.

      That's because water offers both assistive as well as resistive forces. It helps you move and strengthen your muscles as they encounter resistance. With every strengthening exercise you feel weird aches because your muscles are not adapted to that certain amount of force.
