APPLICATION OF Blocktite ETL 1. Surfaces must be dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants. Remove existing waterproofing if any. 2. Use Leak plug to the corner of wall to wall, flooring and ceiling of the tank. 3. Coat the Surface area with 2 coats of Crystor with slurry mix coat in the 1st coat using the brush and paste type mix using a trowel for the 2nd coat. 4. Let the Crystor cure for 3 days and treat it with water 2 times for 3 consecutive days. 5. Apply Epocoat MB primer to the surface using brush or roller for 2 coats with 8 hours interval per coat. 6. APPLICATION OF Blocktite ETL
1. Surfaces must be dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants. Remove existing waterproofing if any.
2. Use Leak plug to the corner of wall to wall, flooring and ceiling of the tank.
3. Coat the Surface area with 2 coats of Crystor with slurry mix coat in the 1st coat using the brush
and paste type mix using a trowel for the 2nd coat.
4. Let the Crystor cure for 3 days and treat it with water 2 times for 3 consecutive days.
5. Apply Epocoat MB primer to the surface using brush or roller for 2 coats with 8 hours interval per coat.
6. Apply Protek ETL using brush or roller to the primed surface of the swimmimg pool for 2 coats, 8 hours interval per coat.
7. For curing of Blocktite ETL, let it dry for 7 days before cleaning and usiing the pool.

It is a rigid type waterproofing material that can cracks over time if applied to high-level areas. What we recommend is a flexible type of waterproofing, we have two options that you can use: Cementitious Underlayment or Waterproof Top Coat.
1. Flexicrete is a flexible cementitious waterproofing underlayment. It can be applied on areas where you need to apply a topping.
2. Clever Sil is a water-based, polyurethane waterproofing system that can be applied using a roller. It can be applied without a topcoat in areas with low to medium foot traffic.

Hi, what if may existing waterproofing na sya, ang end product nia is parang may paint na sya na white. I am not sure the brand they used. Can we apply it directly to the wall or we have to remove the existing waterproofing before applying crystor?

Application:
1. In a clean container, add 8.75 liters of clean water and add 25kg of CRYSTOR. (Use 1.75 liters of water for 5kg CRYSTOR).
2. Mix thoroughly using an elecrtic paddle mixer until a creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes before using.
4. Apply the first coat uing a brush or roller.
5. Let it cure for 24 hours.
6. Apply the second coat using a flat trowel to achieve a smooth finish.
7. Damp the surface 3 times a day for 3 days.

After damping 3x a day for 3 days, you can now proceed to flood test. After Floodtest, let it cure for 7 days before applying skim coat/paint.
