  • #knifereview #halfbreedblades #largebushknife Recently I’ve had a lot of rainfall in my area so I thought I would try out 2 great knives from HalfBreed Blades in this type of wet weather conditions to see how they perform.

I own the large bush knife myself and find the weight helps. However I have not tried it in the wet so thanks for the video.

Yes sure is a hefty boi! I had not tried it like this until I filmed the video & I think the smoother scales made the slipping when wet possible. Otherwise it’s an absolute beast of a chopper! Thanks for watching 😁

Good stuff! Once the Nopelope project is done I may have to invest in Halfbreeds. So many knives so little time!

It didn't seem as though the LBK chopped much better even though it has more weight behind it. What did you think?

Funny you mention! Good eye! I actually felt the same. Its possible just general hand fatigue was going on with the LBK since I went with it after the LSK. Also I think that the LSK was a bit easier to work with under the wet conditions since its just less mass to wing around. But yes I thought that was interesting as well since the LBK has been a pretty good chopper in the past! Thanks for watching bro :)
