The downgraded version of the PC port is pretty much fine actually. It was in later rereleases that it got completely fucked.
i know he said the pc port was ass, but when did he say mouse and keyboard was ass? as far as i can tell, mouse and keyboard is actually OP in san andreas, it kinda makes the game too easy. there's no point in using anything but the tec-9 and shooting guys in the head a single time, at least at most ranges, and that's really easy to do if you've ever played a shooter on pc before because npcs don't exactly move to dodge your shots in san andreas
@@SgtFlapjacks couple times during VC stream and sometimes during SA streams, when people told him that GTA series are easier on keyboard, he tried to refuse
It's kinda funny coming from Joel considering the amount of games he's played with keyboard over the years. Gta is certainly easier to play on a keyboard than Mortal Kombat or Super Mario World

So I think I know what happened in regards to the.....*ahem*.....THICC CJ
The game was detecting that his character was obese after eating, however the modded T-shirt was causing the game the act strange. Considering the mod was most likely a simple reskin only for the basic body type, and not fully mapped to all body types, the game reacted by treating the “abnormality” as a graphical error and simply “did what it could with what it had”
