100% the turning point for Whitebeard at God valley is him seeing all the orphan slaves being killed or crying out for their parents and he decides to protect them all, Marco and Jozu will be some of the first ones he finds on the Island.
If Saturn’s poison is what caused the incurable illness of Roger, not only does this raise the stakes on Egghead between Luffy and Saturn, but Franky’s strong right saving Luffy from being hit by Saturn would make him the MVP of the series without a doubt!
God Valley is basically OP version of GoT Harrenhall Tourney, an event where everyone who was anyone met and even though we don't know exactly what happened, sparked the current plot of the main story.
The Dr. Kureha idea is kinda interesting because it would explain why blackbeard went to drum in the first place. SInce BB seems to have an interest in Xebec.
I think Shanks is definitely in one of the treasure chests for the “prizes”. We sometimes project how a dad should feel towards his son, but Garling could easily be a bad dad that offered his own bloodline as a reward because he considers himself that good. Garling being a bad dad would also be an antithesis of Klap being a good dad.
The other possibility is, that Shanks gets born during god valley. He's from the West Blue after all. So maybe his mom just hid him in one of the chests

Perhaps crocodiles secret isn't something like a genderswap through ivankovs fruit, but more something that really goes against his character now. Doing something considered heroic perhaps?
I think it’s too much of a Chekhovs gun to not be used, Ivankov was introduced using this technique on themself, the crab, and a rando. This was introduced at the same time as crocodiles secret was revealed. And I don’t think he would be that embarrassed about doing something good because he helped luffy not long after to save ace.
@@jackdslime yeah, I think its more like I don't think the whole thing of a change of gender being such a big, seemingly embarrassing, secret as a good thing. Atleast not today. Then again if it goes that way that he did as Ivankov to change his gender, they could teach or enligheten him that it isn't or shouldn't be that big of a deal. She doesn’t have a Buccaneer and this reveals that Buccaneers are part giant/part human. If Lola had a baby with a giant you’d probably get a Buccaneer. We also saw in fishman Island the seakings mentioned a clan that they have been waiting for. That could also be the Buccaneers. I would go as far as to think that the other elders have similar super-fruits like that. Perhaps what makes it "demonic" is the lack of purity. honestly i like the idea of a bunch of future warlords being present at God Valley because that would mean all of the original 7 have some tie to slavery in some way or another which would be a neat trait to tie them all together
I mean, the original 7 warlords all had a tie in with each other being all of them having an animal in their name, MiHAWK, CROCODILE, Bartholomew KUMA=Bear, DoFLAMINGO, JIMBEI= Whaleshark, GECKO Moria and BOA Hancock
@@nouration9685 well, I wouldnt lope Doflamingo in that category but then again his father did decide to leave Mariegoise so that branch of the Don Quixote was dead to the Celestial Dragons so... hmmmm
Jinny is clearly being saved by Dragon against his orders. And that’s going to be what pisses Akainu off, how Dragon comes to know of Garling and the God Knights and what sets him up to split from the marinies and piss of Garp
All these ideas you're throwing out have me thinking that everyone who was at Roger's execution could possibly be in this flashback. I always figured that there had to be some kind of through line that ties all those characters together. Oda must've chosen to show them in particular for a reason.
I really like the idea of God Valley being a rorschach test for young Marines Dragon and Sakazuki. Dragon's focus will be on the atrocities of the Celestial Dragons. Sakazuki's focus will be on powerful pirates disrupting the order and justice that he was indoctrinated into.
Lots of theories as to who couldve been at God Valley, but despite it all, I love how grounded you are in explaining how it's all possible. Definitely fun tinfoil hat stuffbut grounded! Large reason I appreciate your videos.
it’s actually good we’re seeing this through kumas memory bc we definitely can learn more about the revolutionary’s as well as god valley of oda wanted
More and more, I think Crocodile is at God Valley. It just makes so much narrative sense if they were saved by Roger in some sense. Let’s not forget Crocodile was at Roger’s execution, which could all connect back to this event.
Crocodile’s Operation Utopia during Alabasta was to find and take control of an ancient weapon. *In order to compete with the World Government* That’s another hugely overlooked aspect imo
@randy Troy Don’t know if you noticed but I think Whitebeard is a Buccaneer. The similarities to him as a kid and kid Kuma are wild, and adult Whitebeard has a similar facial structure to kuma too
I love the idea of Hiriluk being at God Valley so much. The adoration of pirates and the hints at advanced powers we wouldn’t see til later plus the incurable illness and the fact he’s from west blue. Yeah I’m so ready for that you cooked with this.
It’s quite possible that rocks is a good guy, and the whole reason roger and garp teamed up to fight him is because of propaganda. The way that they all show up right on time is strange; as if the world government tipped off all parties to be there, causing a battle where the marines, roger and garling are present to take down rocks since he was presumably the biggest threat to the WG. After this Garp realizing he was fighting for the wrong side, and Roger then going on to pursue the one piece and find out why rocks was doing what he did.
All parties would need to arrive in time. If rocks had a reason to be there I can’t see how the marines and roger could be alerted and travel to the west blue in time to stop rocks, unless they all had their own motives to be there. Just a thought.
Sakazuki joined the Marines at 23 with Kizaru, while i like the idea of Dragon being rookie Marine and he almost certainly has a connection with Sakazuki, Sakazuki will not be a Marine recruit at God Valley unless Oda decides to retcon it but i doubt thatll happen
Bro that collection behind you is something else. One day i will too, one day. 6:00 What if it's simply God valley being Rocks his territory? I would be too suprised, since he wanted to be the (new) god of the world.
With the akainu and Dragon point, we saw a similar parallel with Otahime's death and how Arlong and Jinbe respectively internalised it. Jinbe stayed faithful to Otahime's wishes and strived for change (Dragon?) whereas Arlong, fueled by a burning resentment, wants to be rid of humans altogether much like Akainu with pirates. The god valley incident may be similar to the Otahime flashback at Fishman island, where a nuanced circumstance is taken two completely different ways. For this reason I believe both Dragon and Akainu where present at God Valley, and even if they weren't, and say Akainu's hatred developed much earlier, I still think there's this notable parallel shown multiple times (Greenbull and Fuji?) which showcases the development of conflict in general and how people take different sides based on their unique lived experiences. I really loved the ideas here Randy thanks for another banger!
What if Buggy's parents were also slaves which got killed and roger took Buggy in. That would be a nice parallel to Shanks being related to the celestial dragons
What if buggy’s circus activities reflects obstable courses the celestial dragons used. Making their slaves walk on a thin line in the air risking their life to entertain them. Being shot out of cannons on a marine ship or ship.
We are ill prepared for this flashback, can't wait to see the W counter when the flashbacks complete! Amazing video as always, love the long form content.
We already saw Crocodile and Moria design as children, and both of them have pretty clean clothes. Oda tends to give characters who used to live in poverty during childhood torn down clothes (Kuma, Doflamingo, Bonney). Crocodile might be related to Rocks without having any ties to God Valley
Another one who could show up would be fisher tiger , he was mentioned to have escaped from being a slave years before he raided marijoes . He would have seen the worst side of humans in celestial dragons and good side in the people who freed him without discrimination . That would have led to him freeing the likes of boa Hancock and other humans along with fishman slaves in marijoes later. He might have heard about the sun god nika and hence went on to name his crew the sun pirates , standing on the morales of liberation and freedom .
God Valley could be what made Garp form SWORD. He understood he was on the wrong side and decided to work from within the system for change raising the right kind of Marines.
i love that you chose to say "taking the hat off" in regard to dragon resigning from the marines.. if you'll allow me to cook for a minute: sakazuki takes his hat off one time in marineford, to stroke his hair and then he puts it right back on... seems kinda meaningless at first or just some way to show that he's *really* straight-laced or flex the hairline lol.. but what if this is a subconscious display of internal conflict? taking his hat off brings him closer again to dragon, and putting it back on reminds himself of the choices he made that predicate his life as an admiral. love the idea of him and dragon being close because it sets up sakazuki as someone who lives his life in an attempt to prove his decisions were correct. even in the heat of action at marineford, he's spouting ideology to excuse the actions he's taking. dragon lives in akainu's brain as an example of a life where he made different choices. he even shows what seems like simultaneous concern and contempt for kuma recently. even as a puppet, kuma is someone who understood dragon's choices, and I think that's what really let kuma slip through his grasp a few chapters ago
I mean I could have said a bunch of other people, but I only picked ones that make sense and have connections to the characters involved or the west blue
The thing that ohara was also in the west blue and Robin is called the Devil Child could go around that she is the child of Rocks. He could have been an archeologist, and somehow knows about void century. And maybe his journal somehow ends up being with Blackbeard, reaching a similar situation as yamato and oden
10:54. I'll admit it, this video here is the 1st video of yours I've seen Randy Troy. I have to ask are you new to One Piece, specifically the Anime? 10:54 to 11:03. That completely reasonable and rational question you ask here that most people would agree with, oh "Them's fightin' words". Are you unfamiliar with how Toei likes pacing things in this series?
My galaxy brain theory is that the "as long as people seek the answer to freedom" Roger quote that we get in Ch 100 during Dragon's introduction were words he actually said to Dragon at God Valley.
Just a random thought that it is very much possible that Saturn's healing has nothing to do with his DF powers or whatever they are but rather they are from science... I mean we saw Sanji recover his broken bones like nothing due to Science of Germa and whatever Judge did, no?
i hope not too many people we know are at god valley, it would make the world feel smaller when one of one pieces strengths is how huge and lived in the world is
If Rocks was actually a good guy, maybe he was his generation's joy boy. So when Roger gind the One Piece, he laughs because of the irony of defeating him so many years ago
What if Crocodiles' secret is just that he is a God's Valley survivor? That this whole time, he was just like Nico Robin, a survivor of a island sanctioned for total destruction.
This may also explain Dragon's face tattoos. King had some marks on the left of his face, so maybe it's a Lunarian thing and maybe Dragon got his to emulate Xebec's marks

@@Iraphone and slaves are bieng treated like animals by the Celestial Dragon, hmmmm.
@@nouration9685 well, I wouldnt lope Doflamingo in that category but then again his father did decide to leave Mariegoise so that branch of the Don Quixote was dead to the Celestial Dragons so... hmmmm
@@Iraphone morias animal is a bat gecKO MORIa Komori = Bats gecko just seems like a convient first name to get the KO at the end
@@soulthekid1 isnt a Gecko a type of lizard? Just as it is in name, had no idea about the komori
Randy: "Heres why each of these 50 characters could be at godsvalley." one of these has gotta be right. Just teasing Randy some fun ideas in this.
Jinny is clearly being saved by Dragon against his orders. And that’s going to be what pisses Akainu off, how Dragon comes to know of Garling and the God Knights and what sets him up to split from the marinies and piss of Garp
If this is what your content is typically like.... "SUBSCRIBED" Great job!
All these ideas you're throwing out have me thinking that everyone who was at Roger's execution could possibly be in this flashback. I always figured that there had to be some kind of through line that ties all those characters together. Oda must've chosen to show them in particular for a reason.
you forgot silver axe, who was also a member of Rocks
Nice video i enjoyed the talk video 🔥❤
I hope this is gonna be turn out the most insane Flashback we ever got on manga history
Thanks for that daj! My goal is never to just say something for the hell of it, I need it to connect SOMEWHERE!
Bro most of your theories are actually spot on and make sense. I can see most of this panning out.
appreciate that!
it’s actually good we’re seeing this through kumas memory bc we definitely can learn more about the revolutionary’s as well as god valley of oda wanted
A 40 Minute Video from Randy. Today was a good day.
Didn't even have to use my AK!
More and more, I think Crocodile is at God Valley. It just makes so much narrative sense if they were saved by Roger in some sense. Let’s not forget Crocodile was at Roger’s execution, which could all connect back to this event.
Crocodile's DREAM was to be Pirate King but more specifically like Roger.
Crocodile’s Operation Utopia during Alabasta was to find and take control of an ancient weapon. *In order to compete with the World Government*
That’s another hugely overlooked aspect imo
bro put all one piece old chatacters in his god valley roaster, love it !
@randy Troy Don’t know if you noticed but I think Whitebeard is a Buccaneer. The similarities to him as a kid and kid Kuma are wild, and adult Whitebeard has a similar facial structure to kuma too
Oh you might be cooking
I love the idea of Hiriluk being at God Valley so much. The adoration of pirates and the hints at advanced powers we wouldn’t see til later plus the incurable illness and the fact he’s from west blue. Yeah I’m so ready for that you cooked with this.
Need my 🐐 back
It’s quite possible that rocks is a good guy, and the whole reason roger and garp teamed up to fight him is because of propaganda.
It's legit a tournament would be invites or just be in the newspaper open to everyone to come
Sakazuki joined the Marines at 23 with Kizaru, while i like the idea of Dragon being rookie Marine and he almost certainly has a connection with Sakazuki, Sakazuki will not be a Marine recruit at God Valley unless Oda decides to retcon it but i doubt thatll happen
for anyone wondering its from his Vivre card
Bro that collection behind you is something else. One day i will too, one day.
6:00 What if it's simply God valley being Rocks his territory? I would be too suprised, since he wanted to be the (new) god of the world.
Kuma's Dad will be named Crap in my headcannon forever.
Why lol
@hopedogs9772 because you pronounce the japanese letters for his name "Kurappu" which sounds more like Crap than Klap to me and i can never unhear it.
@@RayAkuma I mean… sounds good to me 😂🤷♂️
Damn you ruined it I'm mad because you're right
With the akainu and Dragon point, we saw a similar parallel with Otahime's death and how Arlong and Jinbe respectively internalised it.
Great comparison!!
40 min Randy Savage is a cool morning. Know the boy coming with the logic.
Oda just speedrun killing Kumas parents, what a madlad
Where do you shop for those figurines behind you!??! Love the content Randy
Thanks! Taobao, mandarake, buyee, ebay, and some of the brand name ones can be found in hot topics or boxlunches (limited supplies though)
@@RandyTroy thank you !
We are really here.. the flashback we have all waited for years (and I mean both Kuma and God Valley). Oda cooking real spicy
We are ill prepared for this flashback, can't wait to see the W counter when the flashbacks complete! Amazing video as always, love the long form content.
We can prepare all we want, but we still won't be ready
First time watching but what a great idea organising mini figures based on one piece arcs.
Thanks!
We're about to find out why gaimon d goat is in the chest 🔥
So many of these theories are such nice explanations to round up things. Can't wait to see what sticks.
We already saw Crocodile and Moria design as children, and both of them have pretty clean clothes. Oda tends to give characters who used to live in poverty during childhood torn down clothes (Kuma, Doflamingo, Bonney). Crocodile might be related to Rocks without having any ties to God Valley
Its been a awhile since i watch your video GOAT. does chaka can do it still valid in your community? Haha
#ChakaCANDOIT
You see the vision!
i love that you chose to say "taking the hat off" in regard to dragon resigning from the marines.. if you'll allow me to cook for a minute: sakazuki takes his hat off one time in marineford, to stroke his hair and then he puts it right back on... seems kinda meaningless at first or just some way to show that he's *really* straight-laced or flex the hairline lol.. but what if this is a subconscious display of internal conflict? taking his hat off brings him closer again to dragon, and putting it back on reminds himself of the choices he made that predicate his life as an admiral. love the idea of him and dragon being close because it sets up sakazuki as someone who lives his life in an attempt to prove his decisions were correct. even in the heat of action at marineford, he's spouting ideology to excuse the actions he's taking. dragon lives in akainu's brain as an example of a life where he made different choices.
he even shows what seems like simultaneous concern and contempt for kuma recently. even as a puppet, kuma is someone who understood dragon's choices, and I think that's what really let kuma slip through his grasp a few chapters ago
It's so poetic, bro. I NEED IT. And you definitely cooked here dope points all around.
Character exists in the story
Randy: Maybe they were at god valley
Lmao love the longer videos
I mean I could have said a bunch of other people, but I only picked ones that make sense and have connections to the characters involved or the west blue
I love you Randy. Every week for the last three years 🎉🎉🎉
wow that really puts things in context
Kuma,s backstory hits harder ...
The thing that ohara was also in the west blue and Robin is called the Devil Child could go around that she is the child of Rocks. He could have been an archeologist, and somehow knows about void century. And maybe his journal somehow ends up being with Blackbeard, reaching a similar situation as yamato and oden
Great as always Randy. Do you think we will see how Saturn got the scar on his face?
Interesting!
I am not new to One Piece, I've been reaching and watching since 2002. Weekly since Skypiea! But I'm giving Oda the grace to embrace the final saga.
Wow Rocks is the reason why Garp doesn’t speak on GodValley
I believe that because of the culling nature of the tournament we will see for the first time a Kinokobito a mushroom person during the tournament
Interesting!!
My galaxy brain theory is that the "as long as people seek the answer to freedom" Roger quote that we get in Ch 100 during Dragon's introduction were words he actually said to Dragon at God Valley.
I’m so glad ya mentioned Buggy! lol I was watchin this and wonderin myself how did Buggy join Roger
Ginny is 100% bonney's mom or atleast related in some way.
Because their name only have 1 difference word ginny(ジニー) and bonney(ボニー)
It always is a good day when Ran D. Troy posts a new video❤

OG Admirals VS Monkey D. Family pattern, Kuzan vs Garp, Kizaru vs Luffy, Akainu vs Dragon
Randy - how long has it been since we've had three consecutive weeks in a row without a break?
I subscribed because that fucking statue collection is fucking krazy slim
Just a random thought that it is very much possible that Saturn's healing has nothing to do with his DF powers or whatever they are but rather they are from science... I mean we saw Sanji recover his broken bones like nothing due to Science of Germa and whatever Judge did, no?
24:46 "Come awn Oda" had me rollin lmao
40 minute vid from Randy! Massive dub 🎉
i hope not too many people we know are at god valley, it would make the world feel smaller when one of one pieces strengths is how huge and lived in the world is
40 minutes of ? Don't mind if I do
If Rocks was actually a good guy, maybe he was his generation's joy boy. So when Roger gind the One Piece, he laughs because of the irony of defeating him so many years ago
What if Crocodiles' secret is just that he is a God's Valley survivor? That this whole time, he was just like Nico Robin, a survivor of a island sanctioned for total destruction.
15:40 In other words, 6 years before he joined the Marines with Borsalino.
28:42 10 years too early for that.
This may also explain Dragon's face tattoos. King had some marks on the left of his face, so maybe it's a Lunarian thing and maybe Dragon got his to emulate Xebec's marks
Think rocks went after celestials, he had no problem kiIIing slaves as well, which lead to fight against roger
It wouldn’t surprise me if they were going there to get the resources themselves, and just saw the killing of the Celestial Dragons as a bonus.
Jinny - girl with pink hair, eats meat, Kuma's childhood friend = Glutton Bonney's mother - thank you 🙏
A 40 min randy chapter review. God (valley) bless
Dragon being the leader of former slaves . Fisher Tiger call back. Chefs kiss.
Perfect response to that shirt - “No, Me”
